Hill Family Dental

I came to Dr Hill for a second opinion when things weren’t adding up at another dentist’s office. The staff were very respectful, and I was impressed with Dr Hill’s integrity as he walked me through the other doc’s treatment plan versus what he saw in my mouth. Dr Hill saved me from dental work that didn’t actually need doing, and was great about the whole thing. What a breath of fresh air! Thanks again to the whole team.

There really is nothing negative to say about Hill Family Dental or Dr. Hill himself. He and his staff are always professional, friendly, and welcoming, and you can really feel that they care. They always take great care of me and my family. Visiting the dentist is known to be an inherently uncomfortable experience, but these people always manage to make it enjoyable for me. I'll never go anywhere else.

Everyone here is so nice! I had a hiccup with my insurance and they were so patient with me. Everything was very clean! The hygienist did a really good job at explaining everything as she was working. I felt like this doctor took his time during the examination compared to other doctors I’ve seen in the past that rushed through the appointment. I’ll definitely be back!

Receptionist was really nice, dental assistant was super sweet and the dentist was awesome! He left my tooth looking great! Since I had a previous filling from a different dentist fall out. They were able to get me in that same morning I called 🙏Happy I decided to come here and already made my next appointment to continue treatment with them. Thank you very much!

I had to wait about 30mins till Dr. Hill started working on my tooth but he is always really good, fast, articulate! And the young receptionist girl was super nice to my kids offering water and things making sure they felt safe(because there are no extra seats where you get treated, they were told to stay in the front room).

Hill Family Dental is great! They were so quick to get me in for a filling. The staff is so kind and personable. Dr. Hill is great at explaining his procedures and so welcoming.

It was the most horrible experience and I've never had a bad experience at a dentist. I left crying.... first apt. He was fairly rude and didn't talk to me AI all, my husband was trying to be nice but we left not feeling That positive but I thought I'll just get this tooth fixed and find another..2nd apt. Went in and the totals with insurance they showed us the first apt all of a sudden she said might change from $450 to $1200 "MAYBE" and it might take a month to find out if they'll pay?? i Said "then I'll have to wait to make sure they do pay before going ahead with this" right then she got mad, the old lady at the front That always talks over you. Said well then you'll have to leave and not have your apt today. OK but they paid for it the first time, & do you think it will take a month? "Well I don't know it might or not" just very rude. But helpful At all but mad at me once I said I might have to wait..I said "I dont think it's going to work coming here then" back office coming up saying "we can hear you" will yeah your receptionist is getting mad at me for no reason.. when I left I said "you have been very rude and all over because I said I would have to wait to make sure insurance paid first, after the totals said They would the first time??? " I've never had s issue with any dentist and the dentist not friendly, at least to me and that was before the disagreement. Then in the mail I got charged for $70 for the visit site said "well then your can't go back today and well cancel" but then charged me anyway.... it's crazy how dysfunctional That office is and I left crying from the shock of being treated so bad. Truly over nothing but insurance coverage that I have a right to say I need to wait... GO AT YOUR OWN RISK...
