I had a consult for Candid Pro and both dental assistant Ashely and Dr. Larsen were wonderful and very knowledgeable about it!!

I enjoyed my teeth cleaning from Gentle Dental Hygienists. They have all truly been gentle and it was great to not stress about it with my sensitive teeth. They have been great at communicating with me when I asked questions or shared my preferences with the cleaning. I've had Dr Larsen and Dr Galbraith give guidance and help for my teeth and my kids when they've come in for their yearly checks. Great people to work in this office.

Gentle Dental Arts is amazing! Dr. Larsen provides the best care; he is kind and attentive, and he is the most wonderful dentist for patients afraid of needles. Every hygienist I have worked with has been fabulous, and all of the office staff are professional and friendly. I have been going to this office for years and have always been very happy with the services provided. Recently, I had a couple of cavities filled by Dr. Galbraith, and I was impressed by how they turned out with no residual sensitivity after the procedure - he did a great job and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. Dr. Galbraith is an excellent addition to your office!

I was a customer here for years and had no complaints with the typical processes. Cleanings, billing, etc, was all fine service. However, after my most recent visit I was counseled to pursue a procedure/sleep test while I was at the office. Upon further investigation, I had questions as to why the dentist was suggesting a sleep test and how it would help address my problem. Fast forward 1 month, 4 outbound calls, 2 left voicemails, and a handful of texts later where I was informed I'd get a call back from the dentist... and I'm still waiting. How hard is it to call a customer back when they want to do business with you? End result: I got frustrated to the point that I cancelled my next appt and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Such a caring team!! Not only the general dentistry, but helping me have better daily habits. The high tech crown machine is impressive! Same day service. I think it was an hour!!

Dr. Larsen is our favorite Dentist. He is kind, caring and knowledgeable. I have never felt him try and push any kind of dental procedure on me or any other of my family members that we feel we haven’t needed. He is ONE OF KIND.
