Village Dental NYC

I really enjoyed both my visits to Village Dental. I was nervous to visit the dentist here after recently moving with so many options in the city, and immediately they made my experience super comfortable and laid back. They even give you a heated eye mask or eye patches which makes you feel like you’re at a spa. I recommend!

Superb service! Even before my visit, the office reached out to make sure my insurance was in order. Then from the moment I walked in, everyone I came across greeted me kindly, poised and ready to answer any questions I may have. My hygienist, Roxanne, was so hospitable and helpful during my visit! This was my first time at Village Dental. I switched because my previous dentist was a large corporation with multiple offices that felt so impersonal. Village Dental was such a personal and welcoming experience. I already can’t recommend it enough.

I was very pleased to find this gem of a dental service close to home. The communications before, during and after the visit were efficient and professional. The hygienist Roxanna and Dr. Kaufman were both very attentive to my needs. Crazy, I know, but I don't dread my next visit.

What a great dentist experience! I'm not one who doesn't like the dentist, but it's not my favorite place either. They did a great job of making me feel comfortable and did a great job with all their services. I even got eye patches and an eye mask while they cleaned my teeth. Definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend Village Dental more. If you are someone who has any nervousness about attending the dentist, this is the place for you. The staff are so incredibly compassionate, kind and professional it makes going to the dentist a real treat. I see Dr Kaufman, she’s amazing and recommend her to any and everyone.

Office is located in the Union Sq area which is ideal! This was my first visit. The staff was welcoming and professional! Dr Kaufman asked questions about my dental health and general health and took time to explain everything. Stephanie was my hygienist and she was very pleasant and also explained everything she was going to do. During the cleaning she asked how I was doing! They followed up with after care instruction emails to ensure I was doing well. I am very pleased with my care at Village dental! They are now my new dental care team!!!

I can't say enough good things about this dental practice. The woman who I spoke with, Angela was so helpful and walked me through a stressful situation. She helped me with my insurance, payment plans, and got me in to see the Dentist asap. She is the epitome of pheonominal customer service!!! The dentist is also fantastic. Great work on my teeth. Would give this place 10 stars if I could.
