My NYC Dentist - Hudson Street Dental

12/10, I didn’t have to wait, the office was tidy and modern, and the staff hit the perfect balance between hospitable & professional. Su took my x-rays and scans and it was my smoothest experience to date. Marinela was a phenomenal hygienist and Dr Carpenter took the time to hear all my concerns and discuss solutions with me. I didn’t feel judged at all(which i feel is rare in the dental world). Will definitely be returning & recommending to all of my friends and family

I’ve been going to this dental office for years and have always had excellent experiences. The dentists and dental hygienists are kind, friendly, and incredibly attentive to detail. They’re also very patient and always happy to answer any questions I have. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed the experience except for the x rays. The clinician who performed my x-rays was extremely rude and lacked social skills for a client facing role. My cleaning was thorough and the Dentist was very nice. They gave me a free electronic toothbrush which was very kind and unexpected!

This is the best dental visit I've had. The staff is very professional and polite. Hygienist and Dr Kim are very informative on how to keep your teeth healthy.

11/24 appt. I really wanted to like this office because the dentist I saw was very kind and the front desk staff is genuinely lovely, but the overall experience was incredibly frustrating. I waited over an hour past my scheduled time because the dentist was still finishing another patient’s appointment. My own procedure then took much longer than expected, and when I finally left nearly two hours later, I received a call asking me to return because they had forgotten to take an impression of my bite. I went back, had the impressions done, and immediately afterward the temporary crown cracked, requiring me to return yet again. I was told it would be five minutes, but in total I ended up spending three hours going in and out of this office for something that should have been handled correctly the first time. It is clear that patients dealing with urgent issues, especially those caused by the office’s own mistakes, are not prioritized. The people are nice, but the disorganization and lack of attention to detail made this an exhausting and disappointing experience.

Awesome dentist office! Im always seen right after I check in with no wait. Everyone from the hygienists to the dentists to the front desk and x-ray tech are so kind and make me feel very comfortable. I always feel like I am in expert hands.
