So far I love this place. It was my first time. They were welcoming when you first walk in. They offer you a bottle of water and give you a cute travel kit. The place is extremely clean, they take you to your suite and ask you the basic questions, they check your blood pressure. Since it was my first time I started off with X-rays in which my hygienist made me feel comfortable. After that she checked my mouth. Pulled up my pictures and X-rays on the tv in front of me and then discussed something’s. After that the dentist came in to discuss next steps as I originally went because I need to remove my wisdom teeth. She said first step would be cleaning and then they will connect me with their will see which extractions I need because of how my wisdom teeth are and then after that if I need to see an oral surgeon they will connect me to one within their facility. After that I would be able to speak on Invisalign. They were very attentive to my needs and wants, caring, gentle and honest. It was just a great first time experience. I’ll keep you updated on how my other appointments go.

I had a wonderful experience getting a cleaning and exam at Tend last week! The office was incredibly clean, modern, and beautiful, and I loved that I was able to watch TV during my appointment. I was a bit nervous at first, but the staff were so friendly and welcoming that the experience ended up being very comfortable and almost relaxing. My hygienist was Ariadna, and she did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I’ve never had such a thorough yet gentle cleaning. She was also incredibly kind and communicative throughout the entire appointment. My dentist was Dr. Paper, and he was fantastic. I liked that he took the time to go through my X-rays with me after my cleaning, and I felt completely comfortable asking questions without feeling rushed. He was kind, patient, had a great sense of humor, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of care I received and would highly recommend this practice - especially for anyone who may feel nervous about going to the dentist.

Excellent and super professional. Booking with them was super easy. The doctors and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I absolutely appreciated how transparent they were about my treatment plan and their explanation of insurance coverage. I'm starting my oral health care journey with them and I look forward to see the results!

Like most people, I am not a fan of going to the dentist but I love my Tend dentist! Dr. Paper! I love the staff, especially Leslie. They all do everything they can to make patients as comfortable as possible. The facility is beautiful and clean. Procedures that I was dreading turned out to be much better than i imagined they would be. I recommend Tend to anybody, especially people who dread dentistry.

Did not realize how bad this place was until I went to a new doctor who is more local. HIGHLY ENCOURAGE everyone to try a local non-chain dentist. I don't even remember which Tend doctor / hygienist sees me every time bc I am so rushed and no one seems to check my prior records thoroughly. And I saw the doctor (Dr.Parker per my records) for 10 mins before he recommended I redo my cavity filling. I also asked my hygienist many questions, and she assured me that my teeth were in perfect shape. Then the doctor said the opposite info for his 10 minute appearance, and recommended an entirely elective procedure of redo-ing my cavity filling with stronger material that was not covered by insurance. The doctor seemed friendly enough, and I don't think this was his fault but the Tend model is completely broken and rushes doctors to look at a chart and then run off to the next patient. My new non-Tend doctor spent the full hour with me for the comprehensive exam, and pointed out things I had never been told before in my many years at Tend (like certain areas teeth staining, grinding causes). The new doc also does not think the cavity re-filling is necessary. Tend was fine for regular teeth cleanings but please spend a little extra time finding a long term dentist if you are as meticulous about your health as much as I am. I have never written a Google review in my life and often feel that it is a waste of time. However, in this case I feel compelled to write a review on both the quality of actual service and post-appointment care. Not only was I given 4+ hours worth of anesthesia for a 45 minute appointment, I was left with a cut from the injection point that has remained for a week. Furthermore, I spent the week post-appointment chasing down the team for an itemized receipt and for some reason or another, they cannot send a PDF receipt outside of their bill pay link. The last thing I'll add is the entire value proposition is to upsell, upsell, upsell. Their treatment plans are insanely aggressive and fearmongering to capture more dollars vs. a traditional dentist. For example, they prescribed a root canal to a friend who went for a second opinion and was told absolutely, under no circumstances was a root canal necessary. Despite the convenience of Tend, these folks are extremely untrustworthy and charlatans. Congratulations on the VC and growth fundraise, you are actively making this entire industry and all of its patients worse off.

New patient to Tend… don’t go here. Went for a normal cleaning and check-up. The dentist there recommended a crown for my back tooth stating I have a cavity. I was shocked bc I have no pain or sensitivity anywhere in my mouth. It felt odd so I went to a dentist in my hometown and he said he would absolutely NOT recommend a crown on my tooth as there is NO cavity/pain/issues. He did agree that the filling might need replaced years from now but a crown is over prescribing I think it’s wild that the dentist at Tend would recommend major dental work and permanently change my tooth when there is no cavity. This place works based off sales goals instead of building a relationship with a patient. Don’t go here!! Also watching tv while someone is cleaning/scraping your teeth is a stupid idea.
