After searching long, and hard for a dentist within my Fidelis insurance network. I am so happy to have found this place. I hadn’t seen a dentist in maybe a year, out of fear of going to the wrong place. I traveled from the South Bronx after reading the reviews in hopes they would live up to the hype. Needless to say they definitely did. As a new patient I had X-rays done and then met with the dentist to discuss. I truly appreciate that she made sure I understood everything that was being said to me. After I had the best cleaning from their hygienist. Very gentle and communicated every step of the way. She was able to remove staining I had in my front teeth which was bothering me. Very happy haven’t stopped smiling since my appointment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good cleaning. (For those interested: They only have two hygienist. I don’t want to butcher her name but the one I saw starts with the letter H) - hope this helps

I've dreaded dental visits for years, but this office has completely changed my perspective. The front desk was so understanding and warm. The dental assistant noticed I was anxious and kept checking in with me, which meant so much. The hygienist was so gentle and talked me through everything she was doing. Dr. Rong was the best part—calm, reassuring, and truly listened to my concerns. This is the first time I've left a dental appointment feeling calm and positive. Thank you to the entire team!

I’ve honestly had such a great experience here in Manhattan! Serafina is truly the star. She’s not only super caring but also incredibly thorough and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. When I saw my teeth in the mirror after the cleaning, I couldn’t believe how sparkling clean they looked! She also took the time to chat with me about my dental health, offering really helpful tips and advice, all without any judgment. Even though it takes me a while to get here, the amazing care and friendly atmosphere make every trip totally worth it!

Wow! Dr. Rong and her staff are simply amazing. I have been going to her office for work for several years and have recently had a cap come off that needs to be replaced with a crown. Dr. Rong walked me through the process and pricing, carefully prepared the tooth, took 3D scans (amazing) and put a temporary crown on. This visit, like all my visits, demonstrates the extreme skill and professionalism she and her staff exhibit. I have been attended by other dentists on her staff and they are all highly qualified and skilled. No one wants to get dental work done, but when you need it, don't put it off. See Dr. Rong!

I go to Dr. Rong’s office to do the dental cleaning every six months. Their staff would call me before my appointment to remind me, so I never worried that I would forget. Dr. Rong is a professional dentist who will check my oral condition when I visit. She was well aware of the state of my teeth and offered professional advice. Dr. Yan is also a professional doctor. He filled my cavity teeth last time. I thoroughly satisfied with their service because they will notify me before doing any treatment, also would clearly tell me all the costs. PS, their office moved to a new office location, which is clean and modern.
