I had a truly excellent experience with Dr. Dylan Satterson. The work involved extractions and dental procedures that can easily be unpleasant, but the entire process was handled with remarkable care and professionalism. The experience was as painless and comfortable as one could possibly hope for. The office staff was welcoming, attentive, and made me feel well taken care of from start to finish. Dr. Satterson himself has an exceptionally gentle touch, explained things clearly, and followed up far beyond what I expected. I was impressed not only with the results, but with how smooth and reassuring the entire experience was. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome! I went to Dr Mohan for my appointment. I was greeted as I walked in was seen within 15 minutes. The dental hygienist answered all my questions and Dr Mohan came in to checked her work and examined my teeth. The dental hygienist was amazing. I would recommend this dentist to my friends and family. Very professional and clean place. Accept mostly all insurances. I recommend this place to you if you are looking dentist. See card below.

Really excellent dental experience. I had an emergency with an implant that I had done at a different office. The dentist and dental assistant were excellent, connected to my records at the other office and very quickly fixed the issue without any pain and double checked everything related to fit, bite, comfort, etc. Everything was very smooth from numbing to tools/devices, filling. Seems like at the dentist there is always something that requires a second or third attempt but this time everything was done right the first time quickly and efficiently. I recommend both the dentist and dental assistant that helped me today.

The dental hygienist Maryam was so thorough and amazing with my teeth cleaning. She’s so sweet and kind. Dr Mohan was also kind reassuring and helped me come up with a plan for fixing my smile. Everyone was great

The staff at the Midtown Dental Group are awesome. Dr Huang is everything you want in a dentist. My teeth never looked so good. The staff are personable and professional. The office is immaculate. Best Dental practice ever!!!

After being quite satisfied with this practice for a couple of years, I lost trust through a sequence of three incidents. First, they suggested a treatment that cost a few hundred dollars not covered by my Aetna insurance. I trusted them that it was medically advisable and paid for it. Then during a checkup, they found a cavity and told me that removing it would not be covered by my insurance and would cost a couple of hundred dollars. This was puzzling to me, because cavities should be covered by even the most basic dental insurance plan. I decided to cancel the appointment for this treatment. Then for my hygiene appointment soon after, they told me that (in contrast to the previous hygiene appointments at this practice) it would cost a couple of hundred dollars out of pocket, since the insurance only provided a minimal contribution. At that point I canceled the appointment and went to a different dental practice. At my new dental practice, a $30 co-pay covered hygiene, xrays, and checkup, the service was outstanding, the dentist took ample time to discuss all potential issues, and told me I had no cavities.

I was very pleased with the attention and care on my visit at Midtown Dental Group Upper East Side. I would recommend their services to anyone in need. The staff were friendly and professional. I look forward to my future appointments. Thank you.
