As someone who hates going to the dentist, this staff is great. The lady’s at the front desk can be a little intimidating, but they seem to mean well. As for my dentists and her tech, A1! (The dentist is an Asian lady who is so direct, straight to the point and efficient and her tech is usually a guy who could be middle eastern or Dominican. Can’t quite tell because he wears a mask.) I’ve gone to her several times and can’t tell you her name but she remembers me Every-time. I’ve had a root canal and fillings done and I’ve heard HORROR stories about the pain once the numbing wears off, I kid you not, I’m fine. Would recommend every time.
I have to how great my experience was at Lenox dental. I had wisdom teeth out. Everyone was on time the people at the front desk were so helpful and Dr Jeffrey Valenti who did my extraction was amazing. It was quick and painless and he made me feel at ease. So did his dental assistant. Thank you I has so grateful for the great experience 🙏🙏👍👍👍
Sometimes getting good service just takes being kind. If you have a stank attitude you shouldn't expect people to be kind to even in customer service. I recommend them, absolutely. They extracted all 4 of my wisdom teeth and I'm already healing great at day 3. They were very kind, the oral surgeon may have thought I was a druggie at first but it is 125th street, so 😅
I received care from Dr.Mai. By far the best dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Mai is very respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. Her bedside manners are excellent. I received a root canal & crown after a previous dentist enlarged a filling that caused nonstop sensitivity issues. Afterwards, I no longer have any pain or sensitivity in my tooth. I highly recommend Dr. Mai and the staff at Lenox Dental.
My family and I have been coming here for a little over a year. Everyone from the person who greets us at the door to the actual dentist and their assistants are always so warm and welcoming. They take the time to explain every part and educate us on how to keep up with our care. Also would like to note that they are prompt. Our waiting times for cleanings and braces care is pretty short and as a busy mom thats always a bonus. I would definitely recommend to everyone.
Zero stars for me. Currently in the dentist I had to take medication due to my heart condition. I went downstairs to get X-rays and the female was checking her stories on Instagram while she was supposed to be pulling up my charts to get me on my way to go back upstairs. Upstairs receptionist was kind of getting an attitude because I kept going up asking her questions like how many people are in front of me. If I was a REGULAR person I would not of cared but I have multiple health issues and problems one being my heart. On the paper the dentist gave me stated to take Amoxicillin 1hr prior to my appointment so I took it at ten it is currently 12:52 pm and still have not been seen. My meds to protect my HEART are wearing off and no one seems to care. I went up twice already if I did not need my teeth extraction I would NOT be here. Big lawsuit coming if something should happen to me. Don’t not COME here there are other dentists that does extractions that see you on time. There is one on 118 and 3rd Ave. They actually see their patients on time. They don’t even have accommodations for everyone to sit down. They overbook themselves then get slammed this is a big MESS!!!
I came here because of my insurance and I was very concerned about coming here because of the reviews but the whole process was very pleasant. From calling to making the appointment, they were really nice and professional. When I arrived I was seen within 10 mins, both doctor and surgeon were amazing .
