My pedicure looked like this after a week — usually they have done good work, but this time I still have callouses, dried cuticles and polish that fell off within days. This used to be my favorite place, and something has really slipped here. Very disappointing and expensive.

Went here for a girls date for Mani/pedis and it was wonderful! I did the cucumber Pedi with the callus remover and the rose Mani. The staff were wonderful, the experience was great and my nails look amazing. Also, prices are super affordable, especially for the quality!

I won’t fault them for any of the comforts that are taken away because of Covid but for the same price to have the actual manicure not be great is unacceptable. I selected their brand of nail polish in deux and it dried so unpleasantly with deep ridges. A disappointment at any price but especially this price! I won’t say I’ll never go again but I will be trying a few other places in the neighborhood before I consider coming back.

Quality is not too good. The drying between two layers is too fast. The second layer is not complete. It may be painful sometimes. Service charge is too high for what they give.

This was the worst manicure I’ve had in a while. $90 for standard gel mani and regular pedicure. They cut me during the manicure and I was bleeding. It started chipping after 2 days and after a week the entire layer was just peeling off on its own. Never had gel mani last less than a week. Save your money and go somewhere else!

I’m sold. I came in this morning for a shellac manicure with Mayumi and I was really happy with the whole experience. The atmosphere of this salon is peaceful and intimate and beautifully-lit, without tv’s or loud music, and they discourage cellphone use which I appreciated. Mayumi was gentle and meticulous with my nails, and even though it’s the holiday season and they had back-to-back bookings, she didn’t rush my manicure (yet we finished on time). My nails came out beautifully, though next time I’ll go for a traditional polish manicure instead of gel because their in-house line of nail polish colors looked so gorgeous and unique. I’m so glad to have found my new nail place in a city with an overwhelming amount of options.

Didn't even step foot in this place and already a terrible experience. Booked two pedicures a month in advance for my wife and I, both at the same exact time (11:45AM). They sent me a reminder the day before for one appointment at 11:00 and one at 11:45. I called letting them know that it was incorrect, I even received two email confirmations stating the correct times. They told me "well you can just sit there and wait." LOL... no thanks! Cancelled the appointments and will never attempt to make one again. A blessing in disguise because we ended up booking at an amazing place called, tenoverten!
