This place was literally a life saver! My tooth broke while I was eating andI was able to get a quick and affordable evaluation here. The doctors were so thorough in explaining my options and very sympathetic. The staff was very warm and inviting and helped me figure out how to finalize the cost of my treatment through a variety of options. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Great experience here. All of the staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. Dr. Philomin explained everything clearly and the care was excellent. Also, the young lady at the front was very nice and helped me out with all my questions. Dr's son came out at the end of my procedure and gave me a lollipop. Nice touch!

Best dental office ever!!! They helped me with nasty root canal that i never took care of and were super kind. Staff is always nice and it's a plus that they're also all very beautiful. I walked into Esthetix Dental Spa feeling hopeful and vulnerable, just wanting to try and gain my confidence back through a new smile. At first, they were incredibly nice, warm, and caring. I even teared up to the dentist because of how soft spoken he was to me and spoke like he genuinely cared. They all did. I truly thought I was in good hands. That feeling didn’t last. Once money became the conversation, everything shifted. I was very clear that my budget was tight and that I didn’t think I could afford what was being proposed. Instead of understanding or slowing down, I felt pressured. I was convinced to sign up for financing even though I was uncomfortable and unsure. The moment I realized what I had been bamboozled into, I immediately called to change my mind. Since then? Silence. No callbacks. No help. No urgency to sign the refund back to the lender. Nothing. It hurts because this wasn’t just about money, this was about trust. I came in emotionally invested, hoping to feel better about myself, and left feeling taken advantage of. It feels like once they realized I wasn’t a big payday, I stopped mattering as a patient. Pushing thousands of dollars on someone who openly said their finances were tight is not care, it’s sales. Shame on me for being too trusting and gullible in a vulnerable moment, but shame on them for not caring. I do not recommend this office unless money is truly no issue for you. Update ⭐️ Now after leaving a review I get a response. Not a phone call but a reply to my review. And it was not very kind. So my response is this. To Dr. Philomin and Esthetix Dental Spa Team, I’m disappointed by the tone and assumptions in your response. My concern was never about expecting "free" care, nor about regretting a voluntary decision. It was about how the situation unfolded, how information was presented, and how vulnerable circumstances were handled. Those points were clearly expressed, and reframing them as buyer’s remorse or an attempt to "damage a business" dismisses the substance of what I shared. Transparency is not just about disclosing numbers on paper, it’s about pacing, clarity, and ensuring a patient fully understands long term implications without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. That is where my experience fell short, and I stand by that. I also find it inappropriate to suggest that anonymity invalidates a concern. Patients are entitled to share their experiences, especially when they feel unheard, without being characterized as malicious. Raising an issue publicly does not negate the desire for accountability or improvement. If your intention is truly to assist, that begins with acknowledging that a patient’s experience can be genuine even when it is uncomfortable to hear. I am not questioning how many people you help each year, I am speaking only about my own experience. I remain open to a constructive resolution, but I will not accept having my concerns minimized or mischaracterized.

When I was concerned about affordability, they helped me explore options so I could move forward with treatment.
