I did not like the fact that I came in at 2:55 for a scheduled appointment at 3 PM for my two daughters just to have a cleaning. We sat there for an hour and 15 minutes, notice that kids that arrive 30 min after my kids and a little girl who had only been there 10 min where called to the back before my kids was called. I then got up and asked one of the ladies working at the front desk. What was the hold, she seem very unconcern and we were sitting long before any of those people. She then stated that it was because they my have filled the online in take form out when it was sent to them, even though I signed in way before them and completed my form way before they arrived, I then express I had some where to be, her reply was I can reschedule for tomorrow, as if I had more time to waste sitting in an appointment. Which I know for a fact was a complete lie. Once we arrive in the back at 4:24, they had two kids seated then my two kids and another little girl walked in and was seated as well. One person cleaned all five of these kids teeth in 30 minutes, no exaggerating, I watch the entire thing and time her. She was working on one of the kids cleaning when we sat down in back, she was finished all five of their cleaning before 5, no way it was done right for any of these children. They told me they didn't have any cavities I guess from the x-ray because the dentist hardly even checked inside their mouth, so it's safe to say it was Friday and my kids cleaning was rushed because it was time for them to get off, but I sat there two hours waiting to be seen I was in the back less than 30 minutes with two kids. They may have been our last visit there.
We have been using this location on and off for my son's primary dental care. I've now decided I will no longer be coming to this location after our last visit. We came in 10 minutes before our appointment and filled out the online paper work within 10 minutes. We than waited almost 45 minutes before being called to the back. My son went to the back where the xrayed him and sat him down in the chair for almost AN HOUR before starting his cleaning. We have now been there over 2 hours for what should be just a simple cleaning. My son finally finishes and tells me that half way through the cleaning the dentist literally said 'hey siri call mom' and proceeded to have a phone conversation while working on my son's teeth. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I manage a store that works on phones and computers and I would never allow any of my techs to work while having personal conversation because of how distracting this can be. I definitely do not appreciate this happening to my son over medical work! Not only has this location assigned him unnecessary work by saying he had cavities that magically disappeared by next week, the last time we came for an Ortho appointment they seemingly forgot we were there. We were brought to back room and sat in there for almost an hour before a nurse walked in (semi suprised to see us) and the dentist/ortho quickly followed in an obvious rush. I will be moving all future appointments to another office.
Today was my 1st time there & Ms. Lynn took care of my teeth… she cleaned them, we talked, she made sure I was comfortable during the procedure & gave me some advice on keeping my teeth hygienes up. Can’t wait to go back in 6 months, I’ll like her service every visit, a sweet lady. Thanks Taylor Dental for having me & thanks again Ms. Lynn.
Worst experience I've ever had. I've been getting my teeth done here for a long time now, and I went for a cleaning I had scheduled today. When I got there, I was sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. After that I was called into the back to get an X-RAY done. I got seated in a dental chair and sat there for more than an hour. I was here from 1:50 - 4:00. The dentist finally came and while doing my cleaning it was the most unprofessional cleaning I've ever had. During the cleaning, she was on the phone, and forced my mouth open with her fingers. She put heavy tools on my throat, making it hard to breath, on top of how she had 4 different tools pressed against my mouth. When I tried to signal to move them, she flat out ignored me. After all that, it took over 2 hours for a 10 minute cleaning. In the past, the employees forgot we we're there are we're surprised to see me in the backroom after they took me in there an hour ago. Never again.
My kids (2 & 4 years) had an awesome experience! Their first visit and they said they love the dentist. They cried because they didn’t want to leave !
Horrible experience. My kids have been getting treated here since they started dental care and they are almost teenagers. We went today thinking they were getting a cleaning and a ortho consultation. The girl at the desk has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! She talked at me and over talked instead of listening. No compassion or empathy whatsoever! My daughters were unable to have a consultation due to a scheduling issue that was totally not my fault but she made it seem as it was. We will no longer receive care at this location. If the workers are unhappy they should seek other employment!
Got some cavities filled and "cupping" fixed. My teeth look good and they should have charged me more because it required a little more work than originally thought, but they kept the original price. I really appreciate that.
