Crown Dental Spa

Crown Dental Spa is an amazing dental office! Everyone is so nice and the place is really cool and modern with elevated decor. I hadn't been to a dentist in a while so I was feeling embarrassed and ashamed, but Dr. Fortenberry is THE GREATEST! She made me feel comfortable while stressing the importance of seeing her regularly without making me feel judged or anxious. AND, she's super talented, a great dentist! The environment and people make me feel so relaxed that I almost fall asleep while she's working on my teeth. LOL! Five stars all around!

Cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Crown Dental with Dr. Fortenberry! I have dental anxiety, and she did such a great job making sure I was comfortable and reassured throughout the entire experience. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I can't wait for my next dental visit!

The phenomenal ladies here gave me my smile back, along with my confidence. I was so anxious to go to a dentist, but they left judgement at the door and fixed my biggest insecurity quickly! I don’t feel anxious when I walk in to this dentist! Everytime I look in the mirror I smile bigger, when I used to hide my teeth behind a closed smile. This source of embarrassment is not only gone, but was explained to me so I can make sure it never happens again. I will forever be grateful and as long as I live here, CDS will be my only dentist!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Fortenberry and that was the most incredible dental experience I’ve ever had! I’ve had really bad luck with dentists and have always had very uncooperative teeth. I’ve had so much work done previously from prior dentist that always went horribly wrong. I found crown dental spa on google and they were a couple blocks away from my work. I was able to come in same day, and from the beginning, the entire staff was just the most kindest and welcoming. Dr. Fortenberry was very precise and informative with everything I needed to have done and came up with a plan to help restore my teeth. She was able to extract 2 teeth, one which was a wisdom tooth, a back filling and 3 fillings on the front teeth and restore them since they were chipped and brittle all in one day. I’m speechless how beautiful my smile is so far. And let me mention, absolutely painless! it was a little sore after the numbing wore off but no pain whatsoever the entire time. They’re amazing!! I’m going to share an image after she worked on one of my front teeth, before she did the other one to show a comparison, and then another photo after they were both done. My smile has never felt so beautiful!

I have SEVERE dental anxiety. Crown Dental Spa has helped me to start coming regularly for my checkups and are helping me get over my dental anxiety. They have so many things in place that help lower your anxiety, and I have never felt so cared for as a dental patient. This is a great place to come to get over dental anxiety and receive excellent care.

They were so awesome! I was from Idaho visiting New Orleans when I had a dental issue. The Dr was so super nice and her assistant was as awesome. (Small world too, the assistant went to elementary school in the the town I'm from....) they were able to get me in as a last minute late afternoon appt and got me taken care. The first dental office I called was NOT nice at all, they said they could get me in 5 days later I said no I'm in pain now, her reply was "I'm sorry, goodbye" so when they immediately made room for me at crown dental I was pleased from the start. Their office is also very clean and comforting. I highly recommend crown dental.

Best dental care I’ve ever received! Dr. Fortenberry treats her patients as individuals with proper care and kindness. Unlike franchised dentistry that is all too eager to perform more work than necessary to turn a profit, she took her time to discuss her assessment and we were able to painlessly fix issues from previous dental care. Additionally, the office is efficiently run and extremely communicative. Highly recommend this practice!
