I love the professionalism of the staff. Everyone is so nice and sweet and make you feel welcome at ease. I have always been scared of the dentist but I actually enjoy coming here. Me and my family have found our dentist. Dr. Le has the most soft hand. She is not rough and make it to were you are comfortable. By far the best experience with the dentist I have ever had. 💙

TL;DR: Nice staff, nice vibe—but the actual dental work was sloppy and inconsistent. Multiple fillings chipped within months, some left unshaped, one tooth over-drilled and now slightly painful/sensitive, and basic mistakes about my dental history. Felt rushed, upsold on add-ons, and lost trust. Your Smile Designer has a friendly, welcoming vibe and the staff clearly tries to be accommodating. That said, people should know what they’re signing up for before committing to dental work here. I had multiple visits over a few months for fillings, cleanings, extractions, and root scaling and planing/deep cleaning, and the experience each time was wildly inconsistent. While the staff is pleasant, the actual quality of the work is questionable. I had four fillings done around October 2025, and by January 2026, three of them were already chipped. Every filling also feels rough and unfinished—more like dried cement than properly polished dental work. After one filling on my back molar, I started experiencing pain and increased sensitivity that wasn’t there before the procedure. A huge amount of the tooth was drilled away—easily close to 50 percent; and now the height difference between that tooth and the opposite molar is extremely noticeable when I chew. It feels off, and not in a subtle way. Two of the fillings—including that back molar—were left completely unshaped. When I asked for corrections, Dr. Le told me, "you’d need to visit a lab for that kind of stuff." That response alone raised a massive red flag. On top of that, she told me she was drilling into an "existing filling" on one of my top teeth. That tooth had never been touched before in any way. So either my dental history magically rewrote itself, or someone misidentified what they were drilling into. Neither option is comforting. I also noticed another review mentioning her dropping an instrument on a patient’s face. The office seemed doubtful of that claim, but I personally experienced something similar—she dropped an instrument on the floor during my appointment. Not exactly reassuring when you’re already questioning the quality of the work. Dr. Le is kind and professional, but she seemed rushed throughout almost every appointment, constantly juggling multiple patients at once. That doesn’t exactly inspire confidence when someone is drilling into your teeth. During my root scaling and planing, I was pressured multiple times into getting irrigation as an add-on. That wasn’t framed as medical necessity—it was pitched like an upsell. Pressuring a patient repeatedly for optional add-ons suggests revenue-driven behavior, not patient-first care. Recently, when they reached out to confirm my second RS&P appointment, I declined. I felt uncomfortable with their work and no longer trusted their judgment or motives. To be fair, Dr. Al Dahan is a surgeon who periodically visits this office to perform procedures like wisdom tooth extractions. She handled my case and was excellent. She removed my two impacted bottom wisdom teeth plus my two top erupted ones in under 45 minutes from the time I was in the chair. She was quick, professional, straight to the point, and clearly knew what she was doing. Her recovery instructions were followed to a T, my recovery went smoothly, and she responded quickly and kindly to any questions or concerns I had during recovery. Easily the best part of my experience at this office—and honestly the only reason this place is getting two stars instead of one. Also, they asked me for this review; so here it is. Nice people, nice atmosphere—but the dental work itself is the part that matters, and that’s where this place falls short; at least for me personally.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at Your Smile Designer with Dr. Tram Le was so wonderful that I felt it deserved one. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was kind and welcoming, and the office itself felt clean, calm, and modern—instantly putting me at ease. Dr. Le is not only highly professional and skilled, but also incredibly gentle and kind. She has a very soothing way of speaking and always made sure I felt comfortable and informed during each step of the treatment. I really appreciated how she explained everything so clearly, never rushed, and treated me with such care and respect. Her assistant was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and very efficient. They worked together so smoothly that the whole experience felt reassuring and seamless. It really made a difference in making me feel calm and well taken care of. What stood out most to me was Dr. Le’s honesty and integrity—she never recommended anything unnecessary and truly put my well-being first. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such a high level of expertise with such genuine compassion. I’ve already recommended Your Smile Designer to my friends and family, and I’ll definitely be back for all my dental care. If you're looking for a dentist who makes you feel safe, heard, and well cared for—Dr. Tram Le is the one.

I usually hate going to the dentist. I get anxiety whenever I’m at the dentist. However I had a great experience with dr Le and her team . Also, I felt like I was giving her a hard time because I couldn’t keep my mouth open during my filling yesterday . 🙁 She very gentle and her team are very nice and friendly. The office is very clean . I’ll be coming here from now on for my dental care. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Very nice staff. They get you in and out of there real quick depending on what procedure you're getting. I've never had to wait in the lobby longer than 5 minutes

Wonderful staff, great place. Everyone is super friendly and caring. You can watch TV while waiting in the chair and there are even sunglasses provided for the bright dentist light. 10/10 I highly recommend.

Everyone at the dentist office is so sweet and kind and they make you feel at home. I’ve had some really serious situations and they helped me so much and I have little to no pain now and I am so blessed to have them thank you guys for everything!!!
