Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics - Menifee, CA

This dentist office gets 10 stars! My insurance changed a year ago so I had to leave my old beloved dentist. An emergency came up and BrightNow dental in Menifee off of Antelope got me an appointment the very next day. I was greeted with a smile and felt right at home. Even when I called in the gal I spoke to had compassion and didn't rush me off the phone, she took time with me. The whole team was personable and it felt like I'd been a client forever. I highly recommend this office. It's clean and peaceful. You'll be well taken care of. ❤️

I had the best experience with Dr. Sherpa for my cleaning appointment. She is friendly, has excellent bedside manners, and such a gentle hand! She was thorough and efficient and I felt so comfortable with all the staff at this office. I recommend scheduling all your dental needs with Dr. Sherpa. Best dentist ever!!!

I had great experience at the Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics. It was my first visit and I had a professional and a wonderful service. Dr. Sharpa was very gentle in deep cleaning my teeth. I had a horrible experience from the last Dentist for cleaning my teeth. So, I was afraid to go to the Dentist for a long time. But I decided to try the Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics and I was so glad that I tried. Everyone in the office were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend that you go there.

Bright Now Dental in Menifee was a great experience for me. Tammy was my hygienist and she was amazing. We had a great conversation and zero pain involved, which is my type of dentist appointment. Keep up the great customer service Menifee staff. Thank you for a stress free experience.

Dr Sherpa and her assistant was great and very supportive . Her staff was courteous, and the doctor's attention to detail in patient care during my dental appointment was very helpful. I would have given 5 stars, but Tammy the hygienist was very rough and didn't seem to care if she hurt me. She spends more time cleaning one side of my mouth. She was rude and aggressively turning my face, she is very unprofessional. She gave me anxiety during my dental procedure. She’s my worst nightmare.

All staff very friendly and welcoming for my first visit there. The exam and cleaning was thorough. Happy with out decision to change dentist offices.

When I went to this facility, there was a person complaining that they had changed his quote without checking with him or explaining why. That should have been my warning. I was only looking to get a cleaning, but that wasn’t possible. They make you get X-rays, everyone comes in to check on you, and if they diagnose you with something, that’s it—even if you have no symptoms. Another dentist later gave me a second opinion and said I didn’t have what they claimed. They refused to do just a cleaning. Why does it feel like a mafia? They only seem to want money, like many other offices. UPDATE: Just call the number they showed in the answer. It's the normal recording asking if I want to schedule an appointment, what a joke.
