I am leaving this review to formally document an ongoing and deeply frustrating experience with this office that has persisted throughout the year. As of now, I have been required to come into this location eight (8) separate times within the same year, and despite repeated assurances, my concerns have still not been properly addressed or resolved. On multiple occasions, I was explicitly told—either prior to my appointment or during visits—that certain actions, services, or follow-ups would be completed. However, upon arriving for these appointments, I repeatedly found that none of what was promised had been done. This pattern of miscommunication and lack of follow-through has resulted in unnecessary repeat visits, wasted time, and significant inconvenience. Rather than receiving effective service, I am continually instructed to return for additional appointments without any clear explanation as to why previous visits failed to accomplish what was stated. This raises serious concerns regarding the efficiency, transparency, and intent behind these repeated visits. From my perspective, it appears that these unnecessary appointments primarily serve to exhaust my insurance benefits rather than provide meaningful or timely service. Of particular concern is the treatment I have received due to my use of government-provided insurance. There appears to be a noticeable difference in how my case is handled, including prolonged delays, lack of urgency, and repeated rescheduling without progress. No patient or client should feel disadvantaged, dismissed, or subjected to excessive visits based solely on the type of insurance they carry. I have made every effort to be patient and cooperative, trusting that each visit would finally lead to resolution. Unfortunately, after eight visits with no substantive results, it is clear that this office does not prioritize accountability, transparency, or respect for their clients’ time. The continued failure to deliver on stated plans undermines confidence in their practices and professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office to anyone seeking honest communication, efficient service, or equitable treatment—particularly those relying on government insurance. I strongly urge management to review their procedures, communication practices, and billing processes to prevent others from experiencing the same ongoing issues.

Great experience. Fast, friendly, clean and patient friendly. I didn't feel rushed or unheard. Was able to get a first time check up appt within 1 week. I switched dental offices because my dentist couldn't get me in for 3 months...That's crazy. Therefore, I'm now an Anthem patient.

I really love our dentist! The staff is friendly and helpful, from the personable ladies at the front desk to the laughter inducing (without the laughing gas ) dentist himself, as well as everyone else in between. They help you to feel relaxed and comfortable during your visit. You will see why this dentist office has such outstanding reviews.

Yes, atmosphere here is friendly. I sit here on a Saturday in the waiting room awaiting. I have seen quickness and efficiency.

This is my first time coming to Anthem Dental in Menifee and I’m absolutely pleased! All the staff were great especially Linda who did my cleaning. She took her time, explained everything and we also had a great conversation and my teeth are now squeaky clean 🙂 Best hygienist I’ve ever had. Highly recommend! Please get your cleanings or any dental work here!!
