Madeline, front desk receptionist, at UofL associates is incredibly hostile. She will rush you, persistently interrupt you and give attitude when explaining costs(assuming as if you can’t afford it). When you respectfully confront her awful customer service, she’ll smile as if she’s been anticipating the reaction from the moment you walked in. Everyone else in the lobby were also confused with why she was speaking to me this way. The rest of the staff was very nice. I work in customer service daily and serve several hundreds of people a day and the way she spoke to me was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. May I suggest retirement or being transferred to a different position(away from public interaction). This tends to be the behavior of employees when it’s about that time.

Went in for a triple wisdom tooth extraction surgery and was in and out in just a few minutes. Dr. Flint and his team operated very smoothly and were very patient and cordial during my visit. When I suddenly wasn't feeling well a couple minutes after the procedure, they wasted no time getting me back into a room to ensure I was okay before being discharged. Once I was discharged, all the necessary post-op medications were all ready to go at my local pharmacy without any delays or complications.

As of right now I give a 1 star. I was referred to them in April and have yet to even get a phone call and they have not answered my calls. Now I sit here with left side of my face in throbbing pain. This place does not care about people’s pain at all.

My appointment was supposed to be with Dr. Kuschner as I was referred by my dentist to him for my severe tmj issues. After waiting two months to see him, which was not ideal but understandable, I was placed with Dr. Garza. I let them know that my referral was for D. Kushner but was input incorrectly and they presumed because my note said TMJ that I was to be with her (apparently she is the specialist here). Confused, I still had my appointment with her, however the only insights gained from my visit was related to my bone "always being this way." I was also asked if I brought my mouth guard, which I had not because that wasn’t information shared with me in preparation for my appt. One of the workers gave me a "yikes" look when I told her I did not have it sadly, which made me feel like I had done something wrong and I am a brand new patient, might I add. To end, Dr. Garza told me that they are going to reschedule me with an appt with Dr. Kuschner for the end of May. I expressed that I had taken off work for this appointment to be seen by him and I was unable to take any more days off in May as I am a school teacher. They scheduled me for early June. I am very disappointed at how this situation was handled. I have patiently waited two months for today and now I am back at the starting point, in pain, and can’t get in again until another month out. Really really disappointed in the lack of understanding and awareness of how this impacts someone’s time.

Dr. Gray is very kind, professional, and has a great bedside manner. I appreciate the she takes the time to explain things to me and she makes sure I feel as comfortable as possible during the procedures. Her assistant Janet has also always been kind, informative and welcoming with every visit! Thank you both for everything you've done and will be doing for me in the future. Dr. Alma is also my dentist and i can say the same about her. I appreciate her kind and informative bedside manner as well.

Horrible! When someone finally did answer the phone they were extremely nasty and absolutely no help at all. Just said no appointment available today and was annoyed when asked for appt in future. Like huh????Hung up on me when I matched their nastiness and attitude. Customer service goes a LONG way and I’d never allow them to treat me simply based on their horrible agents whom are the face of the company.

I’m only giving this office 2 stars because the hygienists are very friendly. My husband has had great experiences here, but mine have been the opposite. First came here when we moved here, and the dentist kept commenting how incredibly close together my teeth were. She insisted I use a different kind of floss. I took her at her word and kept up using that floss for next 6 mo even though I found it difficult to use. I switched to a different dentist closer to work, and by that point I had several new cavities!!! I hadn’t had any new ones for about 20 years. My next experience with them was because an old filling needed a crown. I’d heard that my current dentist was expensive, so I made appointment at UofL to see difference in price. I explained everything on phone to staff. They said I’d need to have exam before they could tell me a cost. Had to wait a month for an appointment. When I went in the dentist did not even examine me. She took the treatment plan I’d brought with me and gave it to front desk. What??? They gave price (same as my current dentist). Then, billed me for a full exam when the dentist saw me for 60 seconds. Never never again!
