I’ve been a patient at Triple Crown for a few years now, and recently I brought my husband there after he wasn’t happy with his previous dentist — now he loves it too. I absolutely love how beautiful and clean the facility is, and how everyone seems to know us by name. It truly makes you feel welcomed and cared for. I recently had a complex procedure done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Shields and Dr. Savanna, you are not only amazing professionals, but genuinely wonderful people. Thank you for making me feel safe and confident that everything was going to turn out great. I love my new smile!

Top notch beautiful facility and even better staff! Always friendly, professional, expedient. They explain procedures and processes very well and will put even the most reticent heart at ease. I have been coming here for years! This is a very clean and friendly establishment. I would recommend them to anyone with a dental need. They’re hygienist are very gentle and thorough.

I’ve been going to this place for about two years, give or take. I got a dental implant in April of 2024 and since then, it has come loose 6–7 times. Each time I go in, they have to retighten it, and sometimes they even burn my gums with a laser to make the tooth fit. Even though they apply anesthesia, it still causes pain for a few days afterward. I wouldn’t have an issue if it had happened once or twice, but 6–7 times is unacceptable. On Friday, August 1st, they placed a new implant after the previous one completely fell off. Everything seemed fine that day, but the next morning it was already loose. That is completely unacceptable—less than 24 hours after a dental procedure, the implant should not be dangling and causing pain. I’ve always enjoyed going to them for cleanings—they’re very welcoming and friendly—but when it comes to implants, I would never go there again. Another concern is that they can’t be counted on for emergencies during holidays. I have no issue with them taking time off, but in the medical field, there should be at least one person on call for urgent situations. The person they do have on call doesn’t seem willing to help—when I had an issue with a loose implant, I was simply told to use hot water and salt.

My whole family see Dr Shields and love Triple Crown. Yesterday I brought my youngest child after our pediatric dentist stopped taking our insurance. He has never had a pleasant experience with dental cleanings, he’s very sensory sensitive. Our hygienist was Anne, and she was so patient and friendly with him. She talked him through every procedure. Dr Shields was great as well, chatting with him. He actually said he liked the dentist after we were done! 🤯

Dr. Eric has been so kind to me throughout my journey back to a dentist! He made me feel seen, safe, and taken care of. I hadn't been to a dentist for a very long time out of fear and his staff/him were all very thorough in explaining exactly how the procedure would go. He made sure I wasn't in any pain when I had to get cavities filled, hooked me up with a cleaning schedule, and now I am taking much better care of my teeth!!! Cannot say more wonderful things about him and I recommend HIM highly to everyone I know!
