I literally had the audacity to stroll in at 1:40 am; like don’t mind me. Honestly I wasn’t the only one it was more than two dozen ppl in checkout. By the time I was able to casually make a decision I heard 5 mins til closing.. no I literally took about 15 mins just browsing around like lalala. So now is crunch time and nothing I grabbed made sense or even what I came there for; pure chaos of a late nite appetite. So as I wait in line with 3 customers in front of me the first DoorDash or late nite shopper can’t process his orders for whatever reason a dozen bags and he’s holding the line on his phone w customer service. So the cashier kindly moves to the shameless couple who forgot the date of her ebt payment. I mean literally the cashier had to print out a paper for her to understand there were no funds on either card. The finally left and I’m up of course everything runs smoothly for me, thank heavens. This was only because of the greatest customer service and teamwork I’ve seen in ages. Nancy greeted me when I walked in and was working another register by time I decided to check out. Owen was so professional to everyone holding up the line mind you while I’m leaving the first guy is still on the phone w customer service(still in the store by time i finished this review) The immense patience and the amount of respect they showed very individual is incredible. They honestly made my day and gave me hope for humanity because believe me I’m like we are not human kind we are definitely a human race. I wanted to thank both of them especially with the holidays the kindness they showed speaks volumes and went above and beyond the norm for koreatown. Thank you Nancy and Owen! Kudos!!!!!

As a local resident of this Vons, I have never seen such a destitute looking environment. I usually shop at the Ralph’s across the street. Vons had a better value for what I was looking for. The staff were unapproachable or hard to find most of the time. I finally found what I was looking for and continued browsing for things that I may need. Some things were not where they belonged most of the time. Other things were out of stock. Once I was done shopping, I needed to use the restroom. I asked the security guard if I needed a code for the men’s room? The security officer said no the men’s room doesn’t lock that I can go right in. When I went into the restroom, it immediately reeked of I couldn’t even explain really what it smelled like. There was graffiti all over the doors in the walls and the window the mirrors. There was trash all over the floor. The floors didn’t look like they had been mopped or that the bathroom just in general haven’t been serviced. I do judge businesses by how well they keep their restrooms. This is an establishment that I will not be returning to.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the continued poor customer service at this store. Every time I visit, I find myself waiting far too long for assistance in the flower department. I have given this store multiple chances, but after today’s experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. During my visit today, I was selecting flowers and asked the employee in the floral department if she could wrap them in a different color. She responded by telling me she couldn’t help because she "cannot do overtime" While I understand that employees have schedules, this is not an appropriate way to speak to a customer seeking assistance. I then went to the self-checkout area and asked an employee if he could call someone to help me with the flowers. He directed me to his supervisor, who had short red hair and was on the phone. I attempted multiple times, loudly and clearly to get her attention, saying "excuse me" about five times, but she ignored me and continued walking. When she finally acknowledged me, I politely asked if someone could wrap the flowers. She simply said "no, I’m busy" It is unacceptable for customers to be treated this way. I am generally a very understanding person, but being dismissed, ignored, and denied basic customer service is extremely disappointing. I hope this issue is addressed so that other customers do not have to experience the same level of disrespect and lack of service.

Consistently only has two checkout lanes open on busy days. Self-checkout is only four stations, 15 items or less, and there’s usually a line down the aisle. It’s not the employees’ fault, this company cares more about corporate profit than providing a decent shopping experience and I recommend shopping elsewhere.

I.M.H.U. the only grocery store more expensive than Vons is Whole Foods. Trader Joe's is even cheaper. I ONLY go in to pick up a few advertised specials. Then I'm gone. I will say, the Vons staff at this location is often courteous and professional, only a few "negative Nellies" on staff. Very clean store too.

2 lanes open at this time has to be by design to lower ratings or customer satisfaction… to mismanage scheduling and or lunch breaks is unfair to us what you corporate people call consumers, do better . Don’t be offended by truth
