Dr. Kim is the best oral surgeon He is friendly, gentle, knowledgeable, and experienced. I sent a family member to be treated by him and we were exceptionally happy to be under his care. Thank you Dr. Kim! 🙏🏽

The consultation went smooth and the procedure itself was quick, efficient, and skillfully done! Recovery went very well; minimal swelling and quick recovery! I recommend Dr. Yoon Sagong!

Dr. Kim and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I have a lot of anxiety with dental procedures, but I knew I was in good hands when I reached their office. The front desk staff was very helpful with getting me in quickly as I needed the procedure as soon as I could. Hannah helped me with my x-rays and she was really kind as well as a gentleman name Kevin who helped with taking pictures. Dr. Kim is very sociable and friendly. He made me feel like ease with the procedure. You can tell that he has great knowledge and expertise in his field. I’m a very happy patient!

I’m not giving a review for any surgery but this is for one of the front desk receptionists. She has a very typical doctor office front desk lady attitude. 3/10 attitude negative aura vibes. Annoying lady. Not trying to deter people from coming here she just annoyed me so I’m writing it here in hopes she might see it. You know who you are 😉

I was having severe pain due to my wisdom teeth and had to get it extracted. But Dr. Sagong is AMAZING! I took an x-ray and he knew immediately how the procedure was going to go! He reassured me about the concerns I had and adjusted to my needs, and carefully went through the recovery process with me. I decided to just get it out of the way and take all four of my wisdom teeth with him, he took his time with my procedure and was very careful. My wisdom teeth’s were quite difficult since they were still growing but Dr. Sagong was incredible! I’m healing nicely and I will definitely be recommending him to anyone that needs to get their wisdom teeth removed!

My dentist referred me to Dr. Ha and I am so lucky to have gotten in quickly with my impacted wisdom tooth. I moved to LA about 2.5 years ago so it was a blessing finding an oral surgery office that is accommodating and friendly. I had my consultation the same day as the surgery and it went very smoothly. They went over everything I could expect during and after surgery for recovery. I went under anesthesia and felt no side effects after! It was the perfect amount to feel coherent enough to leave the office with my friend who picked me up. I am on day 2 of recovery and feel relaxed so far. Leah is an amazing staff member and was extremely helpful in comforting my family across the country about the surgery. She also calls frequently to check on you and the team truly cares about your well being in every step of the way!

The incompetence of the front desk staff can really ruin a clinic. And the fault lies in the owning dentists who should provide time to train. I was scheduled in for a consultation and surgery, but was never told that a pre authorization for the surgery would be required. In fact, the staff even requested that I fast AND arrange for a guardian who can stay with me during my entire appointment on a working Monday for this ghost procedure that never ended up taking place. This office has no appreciation for how much they inconvenience their patients only for us to find out we wasted our resources. The appt amounted to essentially nothing. The consultation told me what I already knew from my primary dentist who referred me, and now I have to try to jump through hoops again to get my procedure done at a later time. I would have much rather been told realistically to set 2 separate appointment dates when I first called in. At this point, I'm just looking forward to getting my procedure done ASAP so I can move on and drop this clinic.
