It was apparent in my first visit that Dr. Park is a seasoned dentist. She brought up things that no other dentist had brought up as things that have bothered me that can actually be fixed easily with low cost, and her prices are very fair. It's a no frills practice, but I imagine that is how she is able to offer such affordable services. I am absolutely going to be a return customer.

Highly recommend Dr. Park’s office! The staff here is seriously amazing! Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and flexible when it comes to scheduling — they really work with you to make sure things fit your schedule, which I appreciate so much. The front desk team is the best — they’re so welcoming and made visiting the dentist actually enjoyable (which says a lot!). The back office staff is just as great — their attention to detail and care made me feel like a valued patient, not just another appointment. The wait time was minimal, and on the rare occasion there was a short delay, they let me know ahead of time, which was really thoughtful. Overall, my experience at Dr. Park’s office has been nothing short of great. The whole team makes you feel comfortable, cared for, and confident you’re in good hands. So grateful I found this office!

De. Heidi’s office and staff are caring, knowledgeable and professional. I am reluctant about dentists as I have had bad experiences, but they are the best. I had a teeth cleaning, X-rays and consultation. Everyone was kind, made me feel at ease, and professional. The office environment is calm and front desk staff are welcoming. I am looking forward to my next visit.

My wife and I have been coming to Dr. Heidi Park for almost a decade, and she is by far the best dentist we’ve ever had. Although we moved away from the area, we still drive an hour to her office because she is exceptional. She’s an expert at her craft, gentle, and truly cares about her patients. Her clinic is clean and the dental equipment is modern. I highly recommend Dr. Park. She is like family. <3

I've been here two times, tried to come in for my cleaning today. The first appointment I came in was decent. However every time I've had an appointment scheduled I am contacted by the front desk to change it. The very first appointment I was called 3 different times to change the same appointment. Today's appointment I was contacted multiple times within 90 minutes to change my appointment. When I called back I was given multiple answers that were contradictory. I felt like I was being lied to and felt quite disrespected as a patient. Since this is a constant practice by this office to change appointments the day of, it's too stressful to continue scheduling here. If they were running behind and wanted to let me know so I wasn't waiting that is appreciated, or if there happened to be an earlier opening and they wanted to offer that's fine. However, automatically changing my appointment without confirming with me causing me to lose my appointment is not professional or appropriate. I've also never met Dr. park and never know which doctor I'm going to see. Edit: I was contacted by Dr. Park to discuss the issue and she asked me to change the review. Below she writes that she talked with the team, however I was just told she hadn't yet talked to anyone to figure out what happened. This is not a communication or 15-minute scheduling issue. It was pushed by an hour and I was harassed by the desk staff after they changed my appointment multiple times without confirming with me. They told me it was because they were running behind, but they moved the appointment earlier than the original time. Then I was told the equipment malfunctioned. Then today I was told they were trying to move me earlier to give me more time in my appointment with the dentist. Unfortunate this is a common practice here to manipulate patient's schedules and not respect their time.

Dr. Park and her team are amazing!! I came in for a crown (my first time having this done) and they made me feel taken care of and very at ease. She is very kind and gentle!

Dr. Park and her staff are wonderful! For someone who grew up afraid going to the dentist, I feel very ease in her care and I know I’m in good hands.
