Pearline Health: Cosmetic and Implant Dentists

Switching to Pearline Health from a more traditional dental office, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but the experience completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed—there was even a personalized welcome sign waiting for me by the chair! The office is bright, spotless, and impressively modern. Their technology is far beyond anything I’ve seen at other dentists—X-rays, imaging, whitening, and cleaning were all completed during my first visit. The staff, especially Sahar, were incredibly kind and helpful, and Dr. Alex was both friendly and highly knowledgeable. What’s normally a chore turned into an enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! The best part is there’s free 2 hour parking directly across the street.

I'm a new patient to Pearline Health in West Hollywood. It is, hands down, the best dental clinic I’ve been to! The entire team, including Dr Alex, Hayley - the dental hygienist, Angela at the front desk and all the others, are just wonderful. They are experienced, professional, thorough, friendly and so welcoming. They have the latest dental technology and really take the time, explaining and walking you through your dental health and hygiene, and discussing the options of any needed treatments. I cannot recommend them enough. And they have great music playing in the background. A wonderful experience!

I have been going to Pearline Health for about two years. It is always easy to get an appointment and, except for one time, I have never had to wait after arriving at the office . Everyone is very friendly and extremely competent. Usually, I just go for routine cleanings, but yesterday I had two crowns done and everything went just fine and I am very happy with the service I received. Also, there is easy parking right across the street in a public garage.

Dr. Kalmanovich and his team at Pearline Health are the best! My wife and I took our four kids in for quick and easy cleanings and exams, and everything was perfect. The office is spotless, and the team is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. No one tried to upsell or push products; it was simply honest, quality care. This isn’t your typical dental office. We parked right in front of the door, were in and out quickly, and actually enjoyed the experience from start to finish. Even the other patients seemed genuinely happy to be there. Who knew going to the dentist could actually be fun?

Dr. Kalmanovich is truly the best Dentist. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt like I was in good hands. Dr. K and the whole crew made me feel comfortable and walked me through all the steps from my cleaning, treatments, and teeth whitening. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quality dental office.

From the moment you walk into Pearline you will feel embraced with not only beautiful smiles from each and every staff member but you will feel embraced. I am so impressed with this whole team that Dr. Alex K has carefully handpicked so that all patients will receive the highest standard of care. I had an emergency with a tooth that was driving me crazy and I’m a very busy person so I not only needed immediate help to get out of pain but I needed it quickly so I could get back to work. Dr. Alex told me "I got you." And he did. I was treated with compassion, efficiency and unbelievable dental work. I usually struggle with novocaine because it never seems to work . I can still feel everything, but not this time… and I told him I was sensitive to epinephrine so he said "no problem, we won’t use any, I have something else." I didn’t feel one ounce of pain and no jitters. When all was said and done I didn’t even need an Advil. Nothing. I was blown away… AMAZING. Highly recommend Pearline for you and your family and friends. And while you’re laying back in your chair you’ll see happy teeth puns on the ceiling. Super cute. Oh and Alex loves to dance… it’s just a fantastic vibe with a great team eager to please you in every way… I’m smiling again

Dr. K’s approach is very innovative and refreshing! Angie, Angela, and McKayla were super friendly and informative! The office has such a cool ambiance you don’t even feel like you’re at the dentist! The goodie bags are the best! They squeezed me in last minute Thanksgiving week! Also, they are very transparent regarding costs which is hard to come by these days!
