LA Dental Town

I was originally referred here by another location because my kids were so scared and I have been bringing them here ever since. My husband has had the best experience as well. Today was my turn and every single staff member was amazing. Dr. Wu and Victor are top notch. She was so informative and explained everything to me. I ended up needing a crown in which they produced same day. They made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this team. The best

Dr Jen , Victor, Ashley and the entire staff at LA Dental are amazing! I was a little reluctant and nervous about getting work on my teeth done for many reasons. However, the staff explained everything thoroughly and my results are superb! Love my smile and getting more worked done. Thank you!

Came in for what I thought was a chipped tooth filling but was I wrong. I ended up going home with an in-house very nice crown. Dr. Jen was very gentle and helpful also her assistant Victor. They both were great. I really recommend them.

I’ve been going here for so many years and the staff is always super welcoming, making sure I’m comfortable, and most importantly they always keep my teeth clean and healthy. All the staff here are amazing and I appreciate the work Doctor Jen, Doctor Woo, Doctor Tiff do for LA Dental Town.

I’ve been coming here for years! Almost since they first opened with all my kids (now adults) We have dentical insurance (government insurance) and in the beginning it was all good and we got serviced! I stopped going there for a couple years. My last two visits I recently had, I was very disappointed, I went with a bad toothache, had X-rays and then a sales lady was sent in to sell me bridges for $8,000!!!!! Never addressed my issues for toothache. I left, and as my toothache got worse called for an appointment again and just to be told that a referral for root canal would take 3 months and that I had to pay $1,000 there if I wanted it done quickly. Sales girl was sent to convince me to pay thousands out of pocket! When I said I didn’t have cash to pay for dental work, her attitude was horrible, and dentist walked away and I wasn’t given a treatment plan through denti-cal insurance ! I was definitely discriminated by everyone in the office! By the way, it’s illegal to charge medi-cal recipients cash! ILLEGALLY CHARGING MEDI-cal recipients is a violation! I have never felt so humiliated! I left the office with a toothache and embarrassed and humiliated! If you have medi-cal go elsewhere!!!!!!! Do not recommend!!!! Unless you have private insurance or can afford to pay cash for dental work!

I’ve been coming to here for approximately 1 year now. Always a great experience with quick and efficient service. Was seen by Dr Jen who is always friendly and willing to explain and answer all of my questions. Had my polishing done by Victor who was great and informative.
