Dr Le is the best! He is skilled beyond his years. He is gentle, and the only dentist who has been able to numb me without me feeling a thing. I’m not exaggerating. And he does great dental work. Highly recommend. I drive from 20 minutes away, past other dentists and will go all the way to the SWLR location to see him when necessary. Worth the drive. Always know prices in advance. They get you in quickly and do not gouge you. Treats all ages and always shows compassion, dignity and respect.
This is a great dental clinic. Staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Le is excellent! 9/8/2025 Update: Dr. Le showed his amazing skill and care again today. I had a chipped tooth and he masterfully repaired it good as new! I will never go to a different dentist since my experience with him. As usual, staff is great, attentive and professional, too. 2/20/2026 Update: Another great dental services appointment today. Cindy was the expert doing my cleaning and Dr. Le confirmed our plan for my next visit. Professional, high quality and caring always.
The receptionists greeted each person as they entered the door and after signing in each person was spoken to by name going forward. Dr. Lee was so direct and informative. He emphasized what he referred to as, "the life of your decision", which meant the cost of my options and the likely duration and aesthetics. I was impressed that every team member spoke with other patients as people who they were attending to, not as problems they were pushing through. This office practices the "care" of dental care.
I have really conflicting opinions on this place. First, many years ago, I went to see Dr, Fallis about an impacted wisdom tooth. He was INCREDIBLE. He was kind and compassionate and funny and he made the entire situation feel so much easier and less scary. I am STILL grateful for him. Then this year, I started having TMJ problems. For the first time in my life, I woke up to find my jaw was completely stuck shut. I spent 4 days unable to eat, talk, etc. When I got to the office, the dentist essentially told me "Yup that’s stuck." to which I said "…Yeah, I know. What do I do about it?" and she said "We’ll make you an appointment with the oral surgeon in 3 months." Luckily, I was able to youtube some videos and got it unstuck myself the next day. Fast forward to today, my appointment with the oral surgeon. I paid $160 for a scan that they didn’t even look at and to be told that they don’t even offer the surgery I needed. Why did they let me book the consultation for it then??? When they knew my jaw was getting locked and that a surgery they don’t preform was even a possibility, why didn’t they say "We recommend you go see ____ for further assistance." The surgeon was informative and funny, it wasn’t his fault at all. He told me the next time it gets stuck, get a script for a muscle relaxer and some hot water. On my drive home, I realized that he’s a surgeon so I could probably just get the script from him (I don’t have a PCP and even if I did, it would probably be ANOTHER 3 months of misery until I can get seen.) So I called back to ask about it and was told "if he wanted you to have the script, he would’ve given it to you." So between 3 appointments (including an orthotic fitting,) I have spent over $400 just to be told "yeah that sucks, we can’t do anything about that." I would recommend not booking appointments/consultations for services that you’re well aware you do not provide. P.S. the hygienists on all visits were awesome! Update: Using ChatGPT to pump out a response to reviews but not actually doing anything to make it right is wild. That was just the icing on the cake and I won’t be back.
Dr. Le is amazing! He takes great care in addressing my dental needs and always does what’s best for me. His positive energy and outstanding professionalism truly reflect his excellent character.
From day one Dr. Lee has been very knowledgeable, understanding and patience. I’m super nervous when it comes to dental work. The Dr. made sure I was comfortable and wasn’t able to feel anything. I have definitely made this dentist home. Can’t wait to go back for implants. 💪🏾
By far the best experience I've had with a dentist. Helpful employees who go beyond expectations to help you through the process of dental procedures & billing etc.
