This is honestly the best dentist office I’ve ever been to! But what makes this office exceptional is really the staff and doctors. Everyone there is so kind, patient, and caring — they really make you feel like family. The whole process was fast and completely painless, which is something I never thought I’d say about the dentist! They always go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and understand everything. I left feeling so grateful to have found such an amazing team and with my faith was restored in humanity and my smile again. I wasn’t able to get everyone’s name unfortunately but the biggest shout out to Dr. Rainwater, Aileen, and Dr. Scott ! All of the women up front like Kristen and Chris were also so amazing! I can’t recommend them enough and would never want to go anywhere else! 💜

Really love the dental service there, the doctors and hygienists are super nice and helpful. I have had a couple of not great interactions with the receptionist staff, particularly Amy. I called to convey my confusion with being given a service that was not communicated properly to me. While I was not disputing the service or the charge, I was upset that no one told me about the service and the possibility of it incurring a charge before just giving it to me. Rather than apologize to me, Amy chose to argue every point. Telling me what the hygienists were thinking when they gave it to me, telling me that everyone in the office doesn’t understand insurance (hint neither do most patients either), telling me the value of the service, etc. Even when I tried to explain that I wasn’t upset about the charge or process, and I never disputed the value of the service provided, I was concerned about the process and the fact that something was given to me without a simple conversation, even to say that it could incur a charge. Amy’s response was the just say she would waive $20 and then hung up on me very abruptly. All I was looking for was to share my experience so that the process could be improved. I was hoping for an apology - which I never got, but I definitely was not looking to be condescendingly spoken to and admonished about dental care (both of which happened). Dental care is great, phone etiquette could be improved.

Chris, in the front office, was wonderful with fitting me in the very next day as I was not a patient and was in pain. Dr. Michael Drake was fantastic! I hate that I forgot his assistant’s name, but she was great too. The office staff were just as accommodating. This office has earned their high reviews. I would recommend 100%. ❤️

Great bedside manner!!! I am a nervous wreck when it comes to dental work. Anna was an amazing assistant, she was with me through my entire appointment. Dr Rainwater is very thorough with his work and made sure my process was as painless as possible. Thank you both!!!

10/10 would I recommend Dr Hawkins! I have never been a fan of the dentist. He and his staff never made me feel bad about myself and my smile. He listened to me and worked with me to help me accomplish my best smile!! 😀😀

Hawkins Rainwater is *the* dental practice. They truly deserve their 5/5 stars on Google and 5/5 stars on WebMD. May I confess something? Before I visited Hawkins Rainwater, I had neglected my dental health a bit. I know. I know. What can I say? I had some terrible experiences with dentists in the past: I had been scolded, put through excruciating pain, and drained financially. My experience with Hawkins Rainwater was amazing --- genuinely exceptional. Every single interaction with every single person in the office was incredible. That's not an exaggeration. Michelle at reception is kind and quick. My hygienist, Kim L., might be the best in the state; she is so gentle and sympathetic. Dr. Rainwater is simply brilliant--try to stump him on his OT history! Finally, Chriss and Amy effortlessly navigate the murky waters of the financial/insurance world. If you are looking for a dental practice, please take my recommendation. Hawkins Rainwater is the best.

Dr. Hawkins is the best dentist i think I’ve ever been to. He’s always concerned about how I’m doing and asks me often throughout every procedure ...I've had lot of procedures! He does excellent work and both my husband and I have been very satisfied with everything he’s done for us. The staff is also always friendly and helpful. The dental assistants are very good and they're always just so friendly and nice! We also get our teeth cleaned and the hygienists really do a great job too. I’m so glad we found Hawkins Rainwater Dental Group. We won’t go anywhere else for all of our dental needs and we live almost 2 hours away! If you’re looking for a Dentists office that does quality work, this is the one!
