Sunshine Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Shanley and her team were nothing short of amazing as they supported my son’s experience today. Providing him with all the supports he needed to address his needs while not making him or me feel "less than." They have truly been a gift to our family!

We took our son here for his dental care and they were so understanding when it came to his care. They worked with us every step of the way and explained everything perfectly. He came out of the process feeling much better about seeing a dentist. From the time we walked in the door on day one to the end of the second visit when we walked out everyone was pleasant and professional. They have tons of distractions for the kiddos they may not want to leave until they get to have a fake ice cream cone in the play house, of get to finish a movie they were watching on the ceiling.

We had a wonderful experience at Sunshine Pediatric Dentistry!! The place was spotless. My 2 year old loved the toys in the waiting room. The front staff team were so sweet. The hygienist was extremely understanding when our son was too scared and wiggly for the cleaning. The dentist took so much time with my son and helped with the cleaning and flossing. She explained things great to my husband and I. We had about 15 min of time with the dentist which was just exceptional. The bedside manner in the place was prestige. I’m extremely happy with my experience here!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with this pediatric dental office from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and seamless, which immediately set a positive tone. From the moment we walked in, the front desk and entire staff were incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and so patient with my son. He loved the play area and thought having a movie on during his cleaning was the coolest thing ever—it truly made the whole visit feel fun and stress-free. The prizes at the end were especially enticing, and he left smiling and excited. He’s already saying he can’t wait to go back to the dentist, which says everything. Highly recommend!

We have had nothing but a great experience. My 5 year old daughter is terrified of the dentist due to previous experience. The hygienist was absolutely wonderful with her. Answering all her million questions letting me comfort her and helping me comfort her. Highly recommend!!

Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Dental hygienist seemed a bit reserved or nervous with my son who initially resisted evaluation; this was his first visit to a dentist. However, she was kind and didn’t push or force him. She got Dr Ong who was wonderful with my son. Made him feel comfortable and was able to complete an exam quickly with minimal fuss from my son. Overall a great experience.

We had a dental emergency on a Sunday night in the snow. Dr. Coblentz met us in the office that night, protected the tooth and set us up with an appointment for Tuesday. Dr. Shandley did an amazing job fixing the tooth and the whole procedure was so smooth! I was so nervous about how my 8 year old son would handle it but he did great! The dentists made our traumatic experience so much easier than I expected and I am so happy to be patients of Sunshine Pediatric Dental!
