Spring Dental

I would never recommend this place to anybody. I had a chip on my front tooth and they recommended I get a Veneer. The picture shows how horrible it is. I asked them to match it to my other front tooth, as shown it is yellow compared to the other front tooth. Also as seen, it is much bigger than the other tooth. After one week of having it, it popped off and had to have a different dentist put it back on. Upon leaving I confirmed I owed nothing cause I didn’t want to deal with it anymore. Now almost seven months later they texted me saying I owe them $540. I will have to pay another dentist to fix the mess they did. Because they are dishonest and do bad work, I would never trust them to fix it even though it is technically supposed to be under warranty. I did contact your office and they offered me to take out credit (which would conveniently have an interest rate on it) when I told them I did not want to take out credit with your company. They then threatened me and said I will go into collections in three months. To clarify, the choices your office personnel gave me were either pay the new balance (even though I was told I had paid everything I owed at the time), take out credit ( conveniently I would have to pay interest) or to go to collections. I literally am gonna have to pay another dentist to fix up this mess that you had suggested for me.

I always have a great experience here and absolutely love the hygienist that cleans my teeth she was amazing and did an amazing job! Laughing and making a sometimes not so fun experience and very comfortable and great experience! I haven’t had much real time experience with the dentist yet but he seems great and very knowledgeable. The Office ladies are always on point and very detailed at their job! I will be staying here for as long as I can.

Wasn't to sure about this place at first but it's actually a good place to go. Hardly any wait time, friendly staff & I really like my dentist. He's very informative & truly cares about his patients. I'm glad I found this place & you will too!

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office! Dr. Jones was great — great personality, attentive, and very thorough. The entire staff was friendly, caring and welcoming, which made me feel completely at ease. The atmosphere is peaceful and calming, making my visit stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!

Dr. Jones was absolutely amazing! He took the time to explain everything, and was always asking if I had any questions. His assistant Aryn was also very caring and kept asking if I needed anything. Thank you Spring dental!!

I had Dr. Jones for my visit and he did a great job. However, they were running 40 minutes behind when I went. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 but I didn’t get taken back until 3:40. Additionally, my insurance company covers 100% of my dental expenses, but I got a charge today for $48 dollars. I looked at my claim from my insurance company and they covered the entire visit with no out of pocket cost for me. So I called Spring Dental and asked about the $48 charge, they said they would remove the charge and told me to have a nice day. They gave no explanation why I was charged $48 dollars after insurance already covered everything. It seemed kind of sketchy, and like they were just wanting extra money. I just think people should be aware and double check their insurance claims before paying for their visit here!

My first visit here went very well. Everyone was friendly and professional. My questions were answered. They seemed interested in me not just another patient. The doctor was detained with another patient but that happens no problem I have another appointment tomorrow and I expect it to be like today. 👍
