American Dental Solutions | Lititz, PA

My tooth was hurting and they got me an appointment the same day to evaluate the issue. They accepted my insurance. The staff was super friendly and the dentist was so nice and professional but told me she is not normally at this location (sad). First impression looks clean needs some updating. I need to have my tooth pulled so will have to go to Lancaster location. I have had bad experiences with chains so only time will tell.

ADS Lititz is an upbeat dental practice. My dentist, Dr. Liang, struck up a ready rapport with me and reassured me, a medical professional, by narrating the procedure as he performed it. My "bite" has been better than ever before since Dr. Liang filled two cavities six months ago. I highly recommend ADS Lititz.

Good experience office is very professional very organized. They get to it quickly. They take care of you nicely. They have a gentleman who worked on me dental cleaning was very nice very professional. I’m very pleased with the work that he did and I’m pleased with this office, it’s better than the office which is closer to me. I actually have to drive a little ways to get to this office, but it’s better than the one that’s close to me so I’m happy about this office.

I chose this dental office because it's close to my job and had a handful of positive reviews recently. After my experience, I can't help but wonder if those were written by friends or staff. Before my appointment, I called weeks in advance to explain that I'd just had X-rays done at my old dentist office and that my insurance wouldn't cover another set. I followed their instructions to email the X-rays and even confirmed the address twice. When I arrived, they claimed they never received them. I showed them proof and resent them while standing there. They still pushed to take new X-rays, assuring me they'd verify coverage first. They didn't. I later got the bill. During the visit, the dental assistant did not even refer to the new X-rays, using my older ones. from them, he stated that I had plaque below the gumline and recommended a deep cleaning following a standard cleaning. I requested to start with a regular cleaning first, given that I was new to the practice and wanted to establish trust before agreeing to more invasive and costly treatments. Suddenly, he refused to do a regular cleaning and said a deep cleaning was "required." When I mentioned that no other dentist had ever required a deep cleaning first, he insulted my previous providers instead of explaining anything. I then mention that he has not even used the new X-rays. Only then did he start pointing at the new X-rays. This visit felt like a sales pitch, full of bait-and-switch tactics, misleading insurance claims, and pressure to approve unnecessary procedures before basic ones. The experience was costly, frustrating, and a complete waste of time.

After a long time without dental care due to bad experiences from previous dentists in the past. I decided to give American Dental Solutions a try. I had my first appointment today. The office staff were nice, friendly and easy to talk to.The atmosphere in the waiting room was nice..but they could use a small fish tank in the area for the patients while they are waiting. 😉 Dr. Sayeed was fantastic! He explained my treatment plan in detail and was very understanding and respectful. He made sure my comfort was a top priority and made sure I was in no pain/discomfort during my whole visit. I had no pain today and I'm looking forward to continuing my treatment with Dr. Sayeed.

Only thing to improve on is scheduling availability, all mornings should not be reserved for new clients. I travel a distance to location and then further to go to work, it would be nice to have morning flexibility

This practice has gone so down hill since my first visit many years ago. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful when calling in and fails to resolve insurance billing issues that they caused!
