The dental assistants named Courtney and Jessica are mean girls and were extremely rude. When I walked in for the appointment they were talking trash and expressing their annoyance about people and things they don’t like the entire time and it created a juvenile and negative environment. After the appointment I was very uncomfortable and Courtney very aggressively showed me this large bill and very disrespectfully demanded that I pay now. When I told her I have insurance that covers this she got very mad and pissed off. I really do not recommend this place. The environment is hostile and very cheap.

For 15 years, I neglected to see the dentist due to my own fears and concerns. When I finally came around to the idea, Prairie Creek Dental was recommended to me by a co-worker. Going in, I was extremely anxious and nervous, since 15 years of not going to the dentist can really show in the state of your teeth. Upon entering, starting at the first point of contact, the staff did an amazing job of making sure I felt welcome! Once I was called back by Berkley, I explained my story and she did an incredible job of making sure I felt comfortable. She was happy to listen and answer all of my questions, and she was reassuring throughout the whole process. From there we began the process of a "Deep Clean" on my teeth. During this, she constantly checked in to see if I was doing okay and explained what everything would feel like before starting. She truly helped me overcome my lifelong fears of dental work, and for that, I’m so grateful! Rating: 5 stars — if I could give more, I would!

I took my 94 year old Mother in for a teeth cleaning. They were so sweet and kind to her, I couldn't ask for better. Having her own teeth is something to be proud of! They must want her to keep them, because they gave her extra care.

The dental assistant named JESSICA was very disrespectful and highly condescending towards me. During the X-Ray part of the dental visit she asked me with a smirk on her face "what do you do?" I told her I am a financial advisor and she laughed at me. She proceeded to ask even more inappropriate personal questions such as "how much money do you make?" and when I told her she laughed again. Excuse me? What is your problem? With all due respect you are just a Dental Assistant, not a Dental Hygienist or a Dentist, you MUST NEVER talk down to patients that is highly disrespectful and nasty. Jessica is the worst dental assistant I have ever experienced. I reported her to HR. I don’t know what insecurities Jessica has but as a Dental Assistant with a significantly lower salary than qualified Dentists and Hygienists she should never speak down to patients like that. Its sad because most patients make more money than her.

First time visit, and I was quite impressed. The office and treatment areas are very clean and nice. The entire staff is friendly and unpretentious. Doctor Holbrook is thorough, kind and knowledgeable. I recommend this dentist office.

Doctor Holbrook is just what you hope for in a dentist. He & his staff made my old neglected teeth functional & nice looking. The office is always pleasant to visit. I highly recommend Dr. Holbrook.

I had my new patient appointment today at Prairie Creek Dental and was blown away at how great it was! From the moment I walked in, it was very professional. The cleaning that I received was probably the best and most detailed that I have ever received! The folks working there have many credentials and years of experience and you can definitely tell. To top it all off, the conversations that I had there made me truly feel cared about. I'm glad I was able to find Prairie Creek Dental and I look forward to making this my home for any and all dentistry needs!
