I like the place and how good the secretaries and the dentist treat you. Also they did a good job! Even if you cannot afford it, they will help you. But the most important is their job which they did really good

Click & bait for braces. They have a sign stating 2500. I was quoted over 4k for braces without my add on. I understand my add on being additional but that is a big difference in price. Waste of my time honestly

After moving to Lewisville, I chose this dental office because they were in-network with my insurance and close to my place. My first visit for a routine cleaning was uneventful. However, my experience quickly deteriorated during subsequent visits. When I returned for a crown procedure, Dr. Lyttle performed the work, but I experienced significant pain in my tooth for two months afterward. When I reached out to address this issue, the office informed me that I would have to pay for a follow-up visit—even though the discomfort was directly related to their previous work. Additionally, I discovered an overcharge of $54 on my account. Despite repeated follow-ups over three months, the office failed to refund the balance they owed me. On top of that, during a later visit for another cleaning, I was again overcharged. They billed me for a doctor consultation, but then told me the doctor was unavailable and would call me later. I never received that call, nor any clear communication about when it would happen. The office environment itself also left much to be desired. The facility did not appear clean, the dental chair was torn, and the equipment looked poorly maintained. Overall, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing, both in terms of quality of care and customer service. I would not recommend this dental office based on my experiences.

My son had some fillings done, and he was very scared. They made him feel very comfortable, while they worked on his fillings. The Dentist seems very relaxed which make my son and I think that she is confident in career and knows what shes doing. And I like that in someone in the field of dentistry. He said wow dad, that wasn't so bad. The next day it was like nothing was done. He put a pallet of grass on my lawn. Worked 12 hours. The office staff was very professional, had paperwork ready for me and everything. There was only a 5 minute wait. We have been going to this location now for years. We have had no issues, they even guide me in filling out the proper paperwork. The place is always clean, and smells very nice. They are always so friendly and make you feel so welcomed when you come in. They even offered for me to go back and sit with my son. I said sure. There is plenty of staff to take care of all your dental needs every time we go in there. We will continue to go here forever. ❤️

Let me start with saying this. I know that a review is from a persons point of view and experience, so please understand in life there is that inevitableness of a few different factors of why someone has the experiences they have with someone or something as well as a business interaction. Which leads me to say, "Can't Not Anyone!!" ( I meant how I said it) tell me different about my children's Smiley Dental Group. From the front desk experience with Noemi, very kind, informative and with a fight behind trying to make sure services are approved by insurance when they want to deny certain services that are clearly needed for the proper care and health of my children. Automatic ++++. Tiffany, a very comforting and friendly and efficient soul. I have went through a lot personally and not anywhere is it a requirement that a dental group take the time to care about our personal needs but Tiffany and the whole staff and their reassurance of my children's great care by their hands as I was already under personal stress was more than a parent can ask for or unwillingly expect. Dr.Lyttle must have children and if she doesn't she would be a great parent, for the, it takes a village to help raise your children mindset, and a part of her doctrine to be informative but with a serious scolding with love to let my children know the importance of hygiene (taking great care of your body (diet wise). As most of us parents we do let our children know but to hear it from the experts puts that stamp of approval on it. Kind hearted and God fearing, I love it. Her assistant Minh was very friendly, reassuring and made my daughter feel very comfortable the whole time. Dr. Moon was awesome, the extractions came out smooth, the whole time as I'm looking after my son (even as a big teenager) as a momma bear I was able to fall back and allow him to do his job without hoovering because he kept reassuring my son on how he was doing so well. Dr. Moon was swift, caring and again very informative as all the staff. His assistant Noraima, she has a warming, calming spirit, right there by my sons side taking great care of his cleaning and helping him through the process. She was great with making sure that his proper care after the appointment was explained thoroughly. The whole staff, very beautiful, very informative, complimentary, inviting and most of all did their job to superb perfection (as you can get from a dental group). A forever dentist as long as we live here.
