This was a great experience. I was referred by my dentist and at first I was nervous and procrastinating making an appointment, however, this was a smooth and relaxing experience. The consultation was complementary, which is very kind of Dr. Lee. She started by taking an X-ray picture of my head/mouth similar to what happens at the dentist. That was really cool to see. Then, she took pictures of my mouth and smile from different angles . It was very easy 👍🏽.She explained all the options I had with great detail and showed us all the pictures and X-rays and pointed and explained which is great because I'm a visual learner.she was also very kind to my son and even gave me some needed parenting advice 🐱.The interior was very clean and aesthetic very pretty.I very much recommend this place 100/100🌟

Dr. Lee is so kind and knowledgeable in what she does. You can tell she really cares for her patients through her words and actions. My son isn’t the most comfortable out in public, but he’s warmed up to her quickly! Also, the location and the well thought out design and layout of the office are a plus!

Karis Orthodontics made me feel right at home the moment I walked into the clinic. Mia, the receptionist, was very accommodating and helpful even before my appointment date. The tech assistant was also very kind and welcoming, which made me feel at ease. Dr. Grace Lee was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. I truly felt well taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend Karis Orthodontics to anyone looking for excellent care and a warm, professional environment.

I took my son to Dr. Lee for an airway evaluation. Dr. Lee and her entire team are amazing, great customer service! Dr. Lee’s clinical skills are very impressive and amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a practitioner that is so thorough comprehensive and detail oriented. She took the time to educate and explain everything to my son and I. She referred us to a specialist and followed up With us on her day off to see how everything went. Above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Amazing service from the get go, I contacted the clinic via email and received a reply right away and scheduled a free consult to address the concerns with my retainers. The clinic was probably the most chic dental clinic I’ve been to in my whole life lol I loved that they had a little play area for the kids in the waiting area. Dr. Lee was so wonderful the whole appointment, very thorough, knowledgeable, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all; I was very happy at the end because all the concerns I had regarding retainers were answered and some extra questions I had. I will definitely be bringing my son in for a consult for his overcrowding sometime soon 🙂

Dr. Lee is so caring & very thorough with explaining her treatment plan with you. I feel like she truly cares about the well being of my teeth which is so important in any healthcare. The front desk person, Mia, is also the kindest person ever 🙂 this is the most beautiful and clean dentist office I’ve ever been to!! Really recommend to all of my friends & strangers haha.
