Lewisville Dental & Braces

I contacted my dental insurance company and was referred to my in network provider; Lewisville Dental Implants and Braces. I contacted their office and was welcomed by the agent and confirmed their office was in network. So I made an appointment and was able to get in the same day. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted so I could check in and complete the new patient paperwork. Within minutes of finishing my paperwork, I was escorted to a dental chair. The office was clean, bright, and welcoming. I had the least painful x-ray experience for my teeth ever. I didn't have to bite down on pieces of plastic that were painful to hold until the x-rays were completed. That alone is critical for any new patient to know. It was nice to experience no pain for once. Dr. Lam reviewed my x-rays and examined my mouth, gums, and each tooth for cancer, gum disease, and tooth health. Dr. Lam and his staff were so friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my visit here. I was offered a little heater in my area had I been cold. I was also informed they offered many teeth cleaning paste flavors (I opted for mint) for my cleaning. So, do ask in case it's not mentioned during your visit. During my visit, I was repeatedly informed to raise my hand or let them know if I experienced any discomfort. They truly care about you as a patient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and to be honest, it was probably one of the best dental visits I have ever had or can't remember the last time I've had such a great visit. I would highly recommend their services. Dr. Lam is fantastic and has done a wonderful job recruiting or hiring a great team around him. I scheduled my next visit and will be making my husband's appointment as well.

Excellent. 100% better than our old dentist in Frisco. Very friendly staff with providers that aren’t trying to sell you unnecessary services, and an office that actually works with the insurance to prevent oop costs for patients. Spanish spoken by the staff is definitely a plus, I just wish the initial intake paperwork had been online 😅 Definitely our new family dentist. 🦷

Dr Lam replaced my poorly fitted crown from another dentist and it’s prefect now! He’s so patient and detailed. He filled my little girls 2 cavities, a chipped front tooth and you can’t even tell at all. We don’t even feel the needle at all when he numbs us!! Highly recommend!

I am totally terrified of Dentists due to bad ones but Dr. Lam is amazing and so is his staff. I will be a forever patient of his. Very gentle and shows compassion for his patients.

A very, very excellent center, excellent reception, a very respectful and clever doctor who cares about his patients. I sent him a message on a Sunday and the clinic was closed, he replied and called me to check on my wife, the patient, and to follow up with his patients. Excellent, and the staff with him are an excellent and distinguished team.

This is the BEST dentist I have ever been to and I have received a lot of dental work.. He has the top of line medicine so it’s absolutely NO pain..
