Ocean Dental

We are Dec 30th 2025 and my mom had appt 12/31/225 10am. So they called and said they had to reschedule because they wouldnt have a dental assistant 10am. So the the next available appt would be September 14th 2026. Now this is the 3rd time we have had to reschedule because of issues they have. Time to look else where with better service and care.

Took my kids here and the dentist looked at me and scolded ME because my son had cavities and then turned around and had to take my kids into a different dentist for root canals on every tooth they filled due to ocean dental drilling into their nerves. Not to mention several extractions. I don’t know how they have 4.1 stars when they shouldn’t be over a 2*

They are so unprofessional..they kept pushing my appointments back. and my appointment was 830…it took them 20 minutes to get me into the back area.

I just went threw a lot of these recent reviews and most of them are bad ...and this place is horrible....how do they have a 4 star rating

My daughter loved it there. The staff was nice and cheerful. They weren't rude at all. I would definitely go back! My daughter loved the goodies she got once she was done with her cleaning! Now she won't stop telling me how to brush my teeth properly and floss lol who would've thought she would become a pro in less than 30 minutes?!

The staff is very professional and friendly. They explained to my 8 yr old why her adult tooth hadn't come down yet. They made recommendations about future care as far as orthodontic care. I love that they have small TVs on the ceiling above the exam chairs for the kids and they give them sun glasses when they have the light in their face. I would definitely recommend them.

Do NOT go here! We went here for teeth cleanings and they found three cavities in my son's teeth. They made a plan to fix them the following Friday. When we came in Friday they only fixed one cavity over my objections, and rescheduled us to come in for the next two. When we came in for that appointment my son was predictably apprehensive about it (which I warned them about in the first appointment). Then instead of giving us any time to calm him so we could proceed they just told us our appointment time was over (this was after roughly 5 minutes) and their next appointment was here. This was after they took us back 20 minutes after our appointment time was supposed to start even though we were there 10 minutes early. Then when questioned the dentist was extremely rude and refused to answer my questions. This was easily the worst experience with a dentist we have ever had! Do NOT go here!
