Allen Dental Clinic

In fort sill in reception battalion 95 alpha in June 2023 l asked to see a dentist. I needed root canal treatment. My ds started to mock me and tell me the pain is not a big deal. When I saw the dentist at Allen dental, he told me "it's nothing serious, come back in AIT". Later the pain got so bad in the next few days, that it affected my mental state. I had panic attacks due to me not being able to sleep properly, eat and drink the freezing water at chow. I was discharged 3 weeks later, and even when I asked for dental treatment at red river, my command denied it. I was taking Motrin for pain, still it didn’t help. I was discharged for ELS for some reason. I’m coming back though , this time with fixed teeth. My mental health is fine, as soon as I had it treated it went away. Other than that, the dentist is responsible and should hold accountability.

Waiting simulator. Went into to get my tooth looked at sat there from 6am to noon I left to go get lunch cause I didn’t eat all day. And they said I wasn’t allowed to get seen. That’s for wasting 6hrs of my life
