My Dentist

The staff was amazing! They worked seamlessly as a team, while all being bright, charismatic, and hilarious. They were thorough with answering questions and explaining my options while we looked at Invisalign and braces. Despite working late they maintained an amazing energy and were extremely personable. When they found out I would be ubering home they insisted I stay inside and waited with me without complaints. As someone who has had many bad experiences with dentists, this has totally changed my tune and I'm more than happy to be a reoccurring patient at this facility.

They are very nice. They treat you with kindness. I had 8 teeth pulled so I could get my new teeth and I went home expecting to be in pain for a few days, but I never had pain. The dentist and all employees are truly the best I have been to in my whole life.

Very unprofessional. Worst dentist office I've ever been to. They never answer the phones, they never return calls, they send bills from over 8 months ago that don't even make sense. In order to even get things straight you have to go in personally to address these problems. I live a hour out of Lawton so this is just ridiculous. The girls at the front are very rude as well. I have been treated poorly when I go in to ask what's going on with my insurance and why they haven't called me back. The last time I was there I felt very uncomfortable and bullied by the people I tried addressing my problems to. I will be contacting the better business bureau because I am also disabled and can't believe the way I have been treated

Very nice group of people. Very professional. My husband and I had appointments same day but hours apart. We live about an hour away. They seen us both at his appointment time so we would not have to wait so long. Answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend to others.

I have left a rave review my first appointment because the dentist and the dental assistants were great but unfortunately my last visit wasn’t. I really like these people and didn’t want to leave a bad review but unfortunately now it’s going to cost me twice the money and days off to get my tooth fixed. He started in my root canal to find my tooth had calcified and didn’t have the tools to finish the job so he closed the tooth, told me I needed the rest of root canal fixed within 2 weeks and referred me out. I’m not sure why he would attempt to do a root canal without all the tools he might need to do one? So now I’m forced almost $3,000 for one tooth to get fixed and the loss of loosing 4 days of work. I don’t live in Lawton so it’s also the cost of gas too. He referred me to Wichita Falls which is even further and doesn’t take soonercare because it’s texas. He did give a partial refund which was very nice of him. I do plan to go back because these people are great but if I ever need another root canal, I will have to go somewhere else.

Went in for an emergency visit several months ago to see about work being done on a broken tooth. Decided to go the route of extraction. Dr. Coleman didn't feel like he could extract the tooth and wanted to send me to a oral surgeon all the way out in Oklahoma City. I decided to get a 2nd opinion at another dentist outside of Lawton. They were able to extract my tooth with no problem. I do NOT recommend going to this dentist office for emergency visits for broken teeth. They did not give me adequate care and sent me off to someone else miles and miles away......

They illegally turned my 19 year ADULT child who came from 2.5 hours away because she’s in college because they said soonercare requires a parent to be there which is incorrect. HIPPA protects her privacy and the incompetence is mind blowing. A 19 year old ADULT is responsible for the billing as well and NOTHING should be shared with me EVER without written consent. The lady refused to give me a corporate number I already discussed this with sooner Care and she told me that she can find somewhere to go. AGAIN to ME the parent and was biased against her and she’s a consenting adult.
