I came here because I desperately needed a deep cleaning and they are very close to home and had an appointment available sooner then other places I had called... had I seen the reviews before coming I would have never came.. first off when I came in for my cleaning the dentist/dental hygienist didn't introduce herself, didn't say hi how are you... Mind you, this is something anyone should do in this type of profession as a common courtesy. I don't expect it but it is nice & makes the environment more pleasant. 2. I asked to not be numbed with the needle and she was very harsh on my gums. She used the gel but by the time she got to cleaning my teeth the gel pretty much wore off.. I always ask to not be numbed by the needle at other dentists and I've never had a dentist be this rough. Not to mention the entire cleaning felt rushed. 3. After the cleaning was done they told me I had to come back to get 3 cavities treated... nobody told me I had 3 cavities until that moment. Then I had realized that no one even went over my X-rays after the first appointment.. needless to say I will not be coming back and scheduled my cavities to be treated somewhere else.

Been Coming here for over 10 years. Dr.Gowda has always been honest and sincere with me . My family has been coming for here also for over ten years. It’s a small private office so I feel like they actually care about their patients compared to bigger offices. Staff is super Friendly too.

I went in to Lakeshore Family Dentistry to have my two lower wisdom teeth extracted and they did a very good job. They wee both quick and efficient as they pulled each tooth. The nurse also gave me very thorough instructions which I am very grateful for. The doctor himself did a wonderful job at pulling each tooth on the first try.

Would not recommend this place! Better off going to VCC clinic. First off I was supposed to go back there to get a tooth pulled, they said they would call me when the dentist surgeon would be back and available to pull my tooth and 5 months rolls by and still never got a call back from them. When I went there the first time they did a deep cleanning and and it was painful.😫 My new dentist told me they damaged my teeth more by doing the deep cleaning in one appointment that took about 30 minutes. The deep cleaning is supposed to be done in sections of the mouth that takes about 4 appointments to do and not within 30 minutes. Do not go to this dentist!

I took my daughter for a cleaning and 2 baby teeth extractions. They made her feel very comfortable with the procedure and gave me the step by step information on what they were doing. I recommend them to you.

Definitely do not recommend. My wife's temporary crown came out while we were on vacation at the lake near by. She called them to see if she could get an appointment and they said she could come in a couple hours later, but said the doctor would need to look at it before they could give her a price. She gets there and they have her do xrays and everything and then tell her they will do a temporary crown for $100. Its a bit more expensive than our regular dentiat, but whatever, no big deal. Then the dentist brings in a silver crown and my wife says she needs a white one like the previous crown because the tooth is visible abd the doctor gets mad and says she won't do it because its not worth her time if my wife is not coming bavk for the permanent. My wife made it very clear what she was going in for prior to going in. It is very clear that all they care about is money and they will not be getting any of ours. Be careful if you are looking for a doctor that cares about patients.

This is the best dental place in Lake Elsinore. The doctor is patient and explain everything to you that is being done or that is needed to be done to your teeth. They always call you for reminding appointments. The office is very clean and well-kept . I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good dentists that is patient kind Ness respect .
