Never had a bad visit . Friendly staff . Decent prices most is covered by insurance so no buggy . Clean facility . A few times the wire on the braces wasn’t cut short enough which causes pain for my daughter but it was fixed in a timely manner. Hopefully it continues to be a great experience. Lobby needs AC though it’s warm in here .

If I could leave a no star review, I would. This place is super unprofessional! I have a cracked tooth and I made my appointment for a specific date. They call me 3 mins before closing time on a FRIDAY to tell me that my appointment needs to be rescheduled. Not only did they NOT give me enough time to make an appointment elsewhere, but they wanted to reschedule me for many days after. I’m an RDA so I know emergency appointments are first! Normally I’m okay with waiting because I understand that things happen but in this case, I’m in pain! I needed to be seen sooner rather than later and they were not willing to compromise on a sooner date. Very unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Came in with medi-cal insurance and a broken tooth. started recommending me work that I needed a 600$ copay (root canal, CT scan) for, and offering me financing options when I told them I didn’t have the money and I wasn’t comfortable financing any dental work, and asking for options that wouldn’t come out of pocket they told me they couldn’t offer me any discounts, I went to another dentist the same day and got a second opinion and they were able to offer me a cap with no out of pocket costs that was covered by my insurance. Seemed like a cash grab to me considering the other dentist was able to submit authorization for all the work and fix it without any out of pocket. Out of pocket co-pay with medical is very crazy to me.

This place has been the worst for years, used to be a nightmare when I was in high school and would wait on average 3-4hours to be seen in the waiting room. Now I come back as an adult and was reluctant but I’ve already paid for a full braces treatment and came to finish the job. I should have known something would go wrong as they told me it’s "been a while and There’s a new orthodontist" for my full payment to matter anymore and want me to cough up $300. For an appointment I’ve already PAID FOR. Where did that money go then? Sounds like that’s a them problem but of course they make it ours. Now I’ve gotta go somewhere else to get this removed where they won’t have any files on me or know anything about it. Just don’t go here

Tried to scam me out of hundreds of dollars. The entire call is recorded with my insurance and we are pursing LEGAL ACTION. What they are doing is illegal. MEDEA who works in the office yelled at me over the phone because she knew she was in the wrong. She intentionally used the wrong coverage plan sheet and tried to have me pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars for cleaning and cavities. All things that total less than $50 in co pays.

I scheduled and they got me in really quick. The staff were excellent and so kind. The place is clean. The dr was super nice and made me laugh which settled my nerves. ( yes im afraid of dentist). I would recommend this dentistry to anyone. Thank you everyone here at Diamond Dental.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. After our first couple visits we decided we would take the whole family here. Great with kids and they’re not afraid to go to the dentist. Can’t beat that. The dentist is great. Front office Andrea and manager Madea go above and beyond to meet our needs and being flexible.
