I wouldn't go back to this dental office if they were the last practice on earth. First of all it took 2 months to get an appointment for my kids. WTH? Then it took 2 hours to be seen after we signed in. Again, WTH? The office manager who looked like a hideous troll told me I could not go back with my children. When I challenged her and told her they were my minor children and I would indeed be going to the back with them, she threatened to have me arrested. Um what??? These are minor children and NO ONE is going to do any proceedures on them without my consent or my presence. At that time we were out of there- quick and we didn't look back. Needless to say I know why this office has received 1.4 stars. I have also taken the liberty of filing a complaint with the ADA and my insurance company.

BAIT AND SWITCH! I saw this dentist who said I needed 4 fillings. Not too bad, since my insurance would pay for it. So I went back the following week to get the fillings. But the dentist refused to see me this time. Instead, he had his assistant tell me that I didn't need fillings after all, but that I needed the 4 teeth bonded because of abrasion, and each tooth would cost $175, for a total cost of $700, which my insurance will not pay for. These liars don't deserve one star. BEWARE OF DISHONESTY HERE!

They lied to me and said our insurance didn't cover treatment. I am not sure if they were trying to scam me for the cost or not. We had our appointment for root canal and filings for my 5 year old son. When I was asked to sign the consent the receptionist told me all of these filings and root canal would be done in silver I was surprised. She said the insurance didn't cover white. I told the lady that the insurance had covered it previously. I then asked the cost for the white that i would be responsible for $620, $155 per tooth times 4 teeth. I was shocked. I said are you sure it's not covered. She said because it was baby teeth it's not covered but I could call the insurance. Which I did. The insurance did say all of these were covered. I asked the insurance to talk to the receptionist who then proceeded to tell the insurance her DR. did not do the white. The receptionist gave me the phone back. I thanked the lady for insurance and apologized for calling because had i of known the DR. wouldn't do the white I wouldn't have needed to call. Then the receptionist said the office will no longer see my son because I called the insurance. But I was directed to by this receptionist. I was then also informed that because the insurance paid them for my sons cleaning and xrays he could not be seen by another dr for those. So I am left with a son who needs treatment and can't get it for following the orders of the office. I am very concerned and now wonder if it was all a scam for the $620. I wouldn't have called the insurance if I wasn't instructed to. And if the DR. didn't do white fillings then why would she quote me an amount for fillings. Something is wrong. I never made a scene, or got angry, only simply followed the office orders and now a 5 year old boy is being punished. I think someone needs to look into this.

Worst experience ever at a doctor or dental office. Do not visit this establishment, unprofessional,rude and proud that they treat their patients in this manner. Luckily there true colors came out before I had any procedures done. When the receptionist tells you they "don't care" about your questions or concerns and your free to leave while smuggly laughing at you, take this as a bad sign... I've never had any work done here and never will due to the rudeness, heck I was just signing in for my first appointment!

Never had a problem with them . The ladies are very nice and we have always been seen in a timely manner. Its always clean and smells wonderful. We will continue to go here.

They are really rude, when I called to cancel an appt. They just hung up..didn't say thank you or anything. Not going back
