Dr. Yassa and his entire staff are amazing. Their customer service skills are excellent. It shows through in their professionalism and their very kind, caring manners. Dr. Yassa makes you feel like you are his only patient. He takes his time, makes sure you are pain free, offer options to give you the best oral health with his knowledge and skills without suggesting/pressuring you to have work done that is not needed in order for them to profit from an expensive bill. The staff that handles the insurance are experts about what and how much your insurance covers. If there is a question, they will call and find out the answer. Just honest professionals in the entire dentist office! You have no unexpected surprises at the end of your appointment except for leaving with excellent care!

Took my 11 month old to his appointment and Dr Andre Yassa was so kind and gentle with my son. I’m grateful to all the staff who made my sons first experience at the dentist a positive one.

After a tramatic experience at another dental office I found Killeen Family Dentistry to be professional and the care is awesome. The dentist was genuinely concerned about what happened to me. I have another appointment with these angels real soon. I was damaged at another dental office. This staff professional and caring. The dentist I saw when I walked in did some work to try and help me. I hardly felt anything with no pain reliever. God bless you 🙏 ❤️ 🙌I must add. I was in a lot of pain when I walked in the office here. I was afraid, but, I trust this place!

From the beginning to the end the staff and Dr. were outstanding! My questions, concerns were addressed every step of the way. Exceptional professionalism. I highly recommend them.

My kids and I are new patients here and the service is amazing. I would like to give a special shout out and a great big thank you to Jania who has seen us 2/3 visits. Definitely requesting to have her for all visits. She’s more than awesome for real. She talked my kids into a calm state. The Dentist was very good as well and he told them every step and was able to calm my son before the procedure. He mastered something that the last 2 dentist at 2 previous places couldn’t master and I’m forever grateful. My son said mom he should be our dentist all the time so Killeen family dentistry you guys have some forever patients in us. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly, and patient. The doctor went through all of the options and described what was best for my future was, and options that would get us by us through without wasting more money. Went to great lengths this to ensure I was very comfortable and no pain during the procedure.This is the best dentist I have e been to.
