Killeen Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Went in to get the rest of my tooth extracted since the prior dentist I went to for it couldn't do the job to say the least. Not only did I not feel anything but the staff were very professional and made me feel very at ease threw the entire process. Gabby did exceptional at explaining the entire procedure as well as making laugh and feel right at home. Dr. Campbell made very quick work but also made sure I was numbed to my liking which made the whole process like taking a weight off my shoulders. If you want a tooth extraction without pain and done correctly unlike other dentists I would highly recommend. If only all dental facilities could perform at the same level but they dont so this why you have to give credit where it is due especially when I didnt feel one pick, pinch nothing I drove 30 mins home still numb where as others i didnt even make it to the parking lot. All around an enjoyable dental experience!

Super friendly and professional staff! My 10 year old had to get dental surgery and made her experience great. They also fought to make sure that TriCare covered my girls’ anesthesia and saved us an extra $200 out of pocket co-pay we would have had to pay. Highly recommend!!!

Hands down Best Oral Surgeon place!!! I had an emergency extraction they were able to get me in fast!! The front desk lady’s are super nice and sweet. The assistant was so nice! And Doctor Campbell was AMAZING!!! That was the fastest extraction I ever had I didn’t feel anything. I have dental anxiety and for some reason this place had me at ease. I highly recommend this place!! The office was so clean very professional.

This is my second trip back to the center (bummer) I have nothing but praise for the facility. Dr. Campbell is great, very friendly and provided me with all the information I needed to calm my nerves and fears. My daughter was able receive care from Dr. Ormeni for her wisdom teeth again very good care. I appreciate them both and would recommend anyone to choose their establishment.

I went to this clinic to have my wisdom tooth extracted. I would like to thank Dr. Andrew Campbell for his patience and careful approach with a patient like me. I was very scared because it was my first wisdom tooth removal. I didn't know how the entire procedure would go, but the nurse assistant to the doctor really reassured me and answered all my questions. She was also very patient with me. Thank her very much! The clinic is modern and clean. When I entered the office, a pre-prepared bag containing gauze pads, post-tooth extraction instructions, the doctor's personal number in case of emergencies, and lip balm was already on the chair. The doctor administered strong pain-relieving injections and even provided an additional injection at my request. The tooth extraction probably took no more than 3 minutes. Honestly, I didn't even realize when the tooth was pulled. There wasn't much bleeding, and it took only 3 days. After that, the socket from the extracted tooth healed in 9 days. Thank you once again to the nurse and doctor for their patience and hard work! The only thing I didn't really like was that this clinic requires payment for services in advance rather than after they have been provided. Additionally, if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged the same amount as the original visit. Therefore, please read everything they provide for you to sign. I would definitely recommend Dr. Andrew Campbell for tooth extraction.

The entire staff made what could have been a terrible time, a great experience. Dr. Campbell walked in and made it seem like he’s known us forever. Everything was handled efficiently and with heart, which is hard to come by in a Dr. office. 10/10 recommend if you need something done with your smile, come here. Thank you guys!
