House of Smiles is wonderful place for dental work, as I need a major cleaning and some crown work done. The staff is awesome, they walked me through everything that needed to be done from my initial visit all the way through my crownings. They ensure you are comfortable during all your treatments, at any slight indication of pain they stop and make adjustments to accommodate you. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcome from the moment you step through the door. For those who have been avoiding the dentist, you will enjoy your experience at House of Smiles. As with all the work I had done, I left with no pain or residuals of pain upon the completion of my dental work.
I’m not impressed with this clinic at all… I was referred here by VA and they are just as bad. I was supposed to get 7 fillings today and a crown. It took hours so she only did 6 fillings an and the crown and then left me in the chair with all of the filling extras all over my teeth. I left without the extra stuff all over my teeth. They’re always late. If I’m scheduled for 12:30 I’m not seen until 1. I’ll be looking for a new clinic cause the service terrible.
One of the worst dentist offices I have ever been to. I had about 4 appoitments here, each appointment was over 3 to 4 hours long. Everyone works ridiculously slow. A 30 min procedure ends up becoming 3 hours. The equipement and chairs are filthy. I dont understand where they get thier high reviews from. On my first appointment to get crowns and a root canal they absolutely beat my gums and inner cheeks, was swollen and bleeding for multiple days. More then anything I am so upset how much time I spent on the chair waiting for a doctor, each visit I would have to stand up and look around the office to get the attention of employees to remind them I am still waiting.
My experience was nothing short of amazing. This was my first time here and I'll definitely be coming back. Everyone was very nice, supportive, and understanding. I was scared going in, but I was constantly reassured that I was in great hands. I left out feeling ready for the next visit. I'll be having a few procedures done and when kt came to scheduling, they were able to see me quick, within 2 days! My consultation was Tuesday morning and I'll be back to get everything done on Thursday morning.
if i could give this sorry piece of a dental office zero stars i would. my best friend has severe dental anxiety, and she was treated like trash. i am so angry on her behalf because this was ridiculous and uncalled for. she had issues with the office manager over the phone before her appointment today, and thinking it was resolved, we came to her appointment together, she already paid for her service, we were sitting and waiting to be called. the dental office manager called for her; we walked around the corner thinking we were going in for her appointment, but no. this grown man towered over my best friend and argued with her about things that were already settled over their phone call. he argued with her for multiple minutes, while she was trying to tell him that they didn’t need to have the conversation, that it was already handled between her and the front desk, that she already paid and everything was fine. we went back to our seats and continued to wait for a few minutes. this man. horrible, immature office manager, walked up to the counter, (in front of a lobby of people) and said over the counter that she needed to find a new dentist. so my friend got up, told them to cancel her appointments and give her a refund for what she just paid for. HE TRIED TO MAKE HER DO HER PROCEDURE TODAY. he told her, "after your procedure today you need to go somewhere else," because he doesn’t care about patients and their comfort, he just wants your MONEY. the front desk thankfully gave her a refund, and we left. i have the whole interaction on video. this was my first time going to this dental office and i am so glad i use a different dentist. this was very discouraging for people who have dental anxiety (which is advertised on their website). they have it wrong. they GIVE YOU anxiety. avoid this place if you can. this was a horrible place and i will never keep silent on how terrible it is. house of smiles? more like house of disparity. do better. be a better human.
if i could leave no stars i would! the office manager is disgusting. i can give it to them that i missed my new patient appointment. however i had other things going on health wise which i’m not thinking about cancelling an appointment when i have another doctors appointment to attend. he said they usually charge $50 when a patient doesn’t show up. so because they couldn’t charge me the $50 he said they didn’t want my services anymore. he hung up in my face twice because i called his nasty behavior out. if you want quality care and someone who GENUINELY cares about explaining things to you without being nasty about it. DO NOT GO HERE!
Got a whole bunch of work done, fillings and two wisdom teeth extractions, it was swift fast and pain-free for having wisdom teeth removed. The staff are great and always friendly. For as often as Im in the office the staff are always great and Friendly. Also be that small percentage of patients and show up 15min before your appointment, most people can't comprehend the courtesy of showing up early enough let alone on time. My appointment on 1/6/26 I was in early and out just as fast.
