The Walmart on Brownsmill Rd is usually well‑stocked and easy to get in and out of. Pickup runs smoothly most days, and the staff is generally helpful. It gets busy at peak times, but overall it’s one of the more reliable locations in the area.

Absolutely terrible service. I wanted a necklace and waited for 30 minutes for no one to show up. Customer service representatives standing at the desk laughing and having no desire to help. Horrible customer experience from Walmart. 30 MINUTES and not one person helping. You all complain about wages and you dont deserve them!! Crappy service = crappy service.

Their online pick up is HORRIBLE!!!! They will not ever pick up the phone when you call the number on the reserved signs, a they will have you waiting in the car on an order for over 2 hours!! They’ll also cancel your order after sitting there for over 30 mins waiting on it. It’s ridiculous SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE! Don’t advise going here if you’re picking up a personal order or even spark orders. I suggest going to the Walmart in Jonesboro before here. Staff is way nicer and better at time management & organized.

Customer service for phone activation took 37 minutes to wait just to trade my phone out at walmart had my phone line unlocked at 6:57 and had to wait forever to get my phone trade in because they didn't know what they were doing

This store my daughter says is usually very tidy. But when I went the store was so clustered with boxes I couldn't get through a Aisle on my scooter. My biggest complaint was I was visiting from out of state. My son sent me money, so I went to pick it up at the money CENTER. THE ASSOCIATE WHO HELPED ME was rude, and did not want to take a passport for an ID.

Want to send a special "Thank you" to a Walmart employee named Aubrey who works as a personal shopper. She went above and beyond to help us reach something on the top shelf. She located a ladder, got up there and got the items down for us. Very impressed with her customer service and helpful skills which are in short supply these days.

Worst Walmart I have ever been to. The tire and lube express wouldn't put a battery on I purchased there. They advertise that they will perform this service. They told me that it could be 2 hours before they could do it. I wasn't aggravated but I simply asked if I could borrow a wrench to undo the two bolts and place in the new battery since they didn't have time. They refused so I had to go back into the store to purchase the tools to install a battery. It took me half an hour to do everything including getting the core charge back. When I came back out the bay was empty and I had been lied to about the 7 cars ahead of me. I proceeded to try and call 3 departments to speak with someone to ask why this had happened. None of them answered. Including front desk, Pharmacy, Operator and even human resources. So with my experience a total of 5 departments were slacking on or refusing to do there jobs.
