Every visit to Blue Ridge Dental is a great experience, and Kaylee truly sets the tone. She is an amazing hygienist — friendly, thorough, and always makes the appointment comfortable and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes pride in what she does, and that consistency keeps me coming back. Dr. Medford is also excellent — knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain things clearly. Together with the rest of the team, they make this office top-tier. I have nothing but praise for this group. I was a dental-phobic for years until my wife introduced me to this group. Dr. Mefford, on my first visit years ago, sensed my fear and made me feel comfortable, at ease, and relaxed as he examined my teeth and mouth. That dread I used to experience is now gone and has been replaced with trust and confidence that my visit will be pleasant and PTSD free. Even in those emergency situations (tooth ache) Dr. Mefford is always sympathetic and does all he can to alleviate the hurt and pain. You can always trust Blue Ridge Dental to be a friend when you need a dentist.

This was my first visit here over a broken tooth. Upon walking in I was greeted promptly with no wait. Everyone here is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, understanding and extremely professional and make you feel so welcome. It's the best experience I've ever had at any dental office. I highly recommend this place for your dental needs! I will only be coming here going forward.

He has provided expert dental care to me and my family for many years and I have nothing but praise for all he and his staff have done for us. His hygienist, Mary, is equally spectacular.
