Aspen Dental - Johnson City, TN

Today I got up the courage to check out the dental coverage of my Medicare advantage plan had an appointment with Aspen dental to see what work needed to be done. I had a meeting with Miss Brittany to see what it would cost and if there would be anything out-of-pocket, Miss Brittany tried 3 to 4 times to get things covered with the least amount of money out of my pocket and was finally successful. She got the full scope of work covered at 100% with zero dollars out-of-pocket thank you Brittany for your awesome work peace joy, love and light wisdom for your journey.

Everyone at Aspen Dental was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel well cared for. Dr. Johnson is AMAZING! She was friendly, professional, and excellent at her job. The other staff members I interacted with, DJ, Shelia, Brittany, Taylor, and others whose names I can’t recall, were also so kind and welcoming. I truly appreciate how at ease they made me feel throughout my visit. I’m so happy to have found a new dentist and a team I feel completely comfortable with. Highly recommend!

Not a big fan of going to the dentist, however they made it very comfortable and professional. My teeth feel very clean and healthy. Thanks to the entire staff!

I was apprehensive before going to Aspen Dental, but I can say it was the best experience I have ever had at any Dental office. I went for a long overdue consultation for a broken tooth in the lower back portion of my mouth. The office staff were all super helpful, friendly and professional all at the same time. I saw phenomenal teamwork and everyone had a smile on their face. I knew there was going to be more discussed besides my tooth I originally set the appt for bc honestly, ever since I had 4 kids I have not been maintaining my Dental appts as I should have. (You can bet I never let them miss an appt though lol). I am going back today for a tooth extraction and though I am nervous, I know I am in good hands. I will have to have some fillings in the near future and a first ever root canal and crown at the beginning of the year. It was a lot to take in but Brittany was AMAZING in the office assisting me with the financial aspect regarding all of the recommended services. She made it so much less stressful than it could have been and I can't thank her enough for her patience, friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend this Aspen Dental office to anyone looking for Dental care where you are treated with respect and highly valued as a patient!

Got my top teeth removed 4 days ago and dentures put in. Also got my wisdom teeth removed and a tooth on the bottom pulled. Dr. Ferraro did a great job. So far no issues other than what you would expect after dental surgery. Also my post op appointment with Darrell I believe (don’t remember his name) but was the absolute best! Handled my mouth with care (24 hours after surgery), answered all my questions, helped fix what was bothering me on my dentures without changing them too much where I’m still healing. Also got me scheduled for another appointment with him. I would 100% recommend this place. I came here because of a co worker and I’m glad I did.

Nice people and happy with work BUT BEWARE! They WILL charge you and supposedly reimburse you when insurance pays. I was not told any of this before hand. Also have never had to do this at other dentists. Sounds like a scam to those who do not follow closely, they may keep it.

Very leisurely on timing, I scheduled earliest appointment on the day to get to work on time and Dentist came in leisurely 30 minutes late. They were nice but rushed through the process and didn’t have my actual cleaning scheduled which had to be added on despite that being primary reason to visit.
