Dental Playground

I strongly suggest the sanitation of the entrance office should be paid attention to a lot. although staff is great and service the representation of the waiting area and the counter top is not clean I hate to see an office this way.

I was standing outside the room when my daughter was getting cavities filled and overheard the assistant tell my daughter to "quit making noises dammit". The assistant was an older black woman with glasses. After that I never came back here. Absolutely disgusting

Today my kids had their six month check up. I never had an issue coming here ever. I’ve been bringing both of my kids, their age 8 and 10 since they first got their first teeth never had an issue. Today was the first time and because of the circumstance of the issue, I will never be returning again, very unprofessional Even the doctor himself. There’s a gentleman that’s Hispanic, short dark skin shaped head. I don’t know what his deal I don’t know if he’s under the influence, if he does drugs, but he already seemed like he already had a bad day. He was being very loud to me, talking back to me just because my son under the spectrum wanted his plushy, and he was just like yeah OK yeah and wasn’t even paying attention to my what my son wanted so because I spoke up he got upset and start arguing with me back , unfortunately the staff is very horrible. The doctor defends their staff and how they speak to parents very unprofessional and this is the reason why I will never ever come here again my son got his work done another assistant ended up helping because this guy had a bad temper that he just wanted to Not help and just walk away so I will never be returning here again I don’t recommend anyone to come here even if you have Medi-Cal go somewhere else. If this place is close to your home it’s not worth it just go a little farther go out of your way just to get better service better treatment , and I’m speaking with experience of coming here for 10 years never again

This office told me a great time to come was at 2pm as soon as they open. Clearly IT IS NOT! I took my kid out from school early, was one of the first ones to check in but already were 5-6 families waiting. Had i known they book like 10 people at the same time i would not even bother coming. Already 30mins pass by and everyone else has been called before me. In addition, one of the girls (curly hair) already sounds rude when speaking to the parents. You have to do better than this! I could have scheduled at 3 instead.

The staff here has no business dealing with kids. Its targeted towards kids and the staff was rude and short with my 7 year old while taking the xrays. She was already nervous and they clearly had no experience handling kids. Did not introduce themselves to my daughter or me or walk us through what they were doing and the dentist. I was trying to explain to them that she had severe anxiety when it came to the dentist which is why I came to a childrens dental office hoping for better treatment with kids. The dentist couldn't be bothered to even talk to me. Clearly I chose the wrong place. Dont bring your kids if you expect to be treated with even a little respect. Worst experience at the dentist.

I just want to say that Ms. Shuree Wilson she is a really sweet person. She always makes me and my siblings feel welcome. People like her should be more in that office. She is always with a big smile helping out everyone.

How sad this place was good years ago even the doctor was good. Now from all the staff that’s there only 1 person is been there for years and is the only one that has more manners. The doctor don’t even know what to say act’s like if the parents are not even there doesn’t know how to work with kids 5 years old. I guess after 15 years is time to look for a better doctor
