I have been a loyal patient of ABC Dental for over 30 years, and I can honestly say that my experience with this office has been consistently exceptional from day one. Finding a dental practice you can trust completely is rare, and I consider myself fortunate to have discovered ABC Dental all those years ago. Manager Teresa Gonzalez has been here since I first started coming, and her dedication to patients and her leadership within the office is truly inspiring. Teresa is always professional, kind, and attentive, making sure every patient feels valued and understood. She has a natural way of putting people at ease, no matter the situation, and she runs the office like a well-oiled machine. Everything is always organized, timely, and efficient—proof of her incredible management skills and commitment to patient satisfaction. Sonia Hurtado, part of the dental staff, is another reason I’ve stayed with ABC Dental for so many years. Her warm personality, combined with her incredible attention to detail, makes every visit pleasant and stress-free. Sonia takes the time to explain each step of the process, answers any questions I might have, and ensures that I am always comfortable during my appointments. It’s this kind of personal attention that makes ABC Dental stand out from so many other offices. And then there’s Dr. Lewis—without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever met. I don’t recommend this place, the manager Teresa is very rude and arrogant, I went there today because I had an appointment for dental cleaning, but the receptionist wasn’t, and the manager asked me at at what time was my appointment, When I said at 10:45 pm, she let me go into the room, doctor’s assistant came fast, and told me That she would put me a dental crown., I explained to her that I wasn’t there for dental crown, only for dental cleaning she left the room , and returned with the manager , I didn’t have any idea what was going on , the manager Teresa, had a very bad attitude told me , that I already did my teeth cleaning ,but it wasn’t true, and she said I had to paid for everything wrong she was mentioned, and also she said that I was there and the killed my tooth nervous.she was really confused. Oh my God , I couldn’t believe that this was happening to me , this woman Teresa Gonzales de manger is unprofessional, she should quit from her job, I couldn’t believe that her and the doctor’s assistant never took a moment to ask me , what was my name , day of birthday , and they never took a moment to verify if I was the correct patient that they were talking about, and also they never checked my file , I got frustrated and a high blood pressure trying to explain to the manager who I am , and she never listened , she didn’t care the patients , she cares only about money , Teresa de manager called me with a wrong patient’s name , I said , that’s wasn’t my name , and I said to her my correct number , she never apologized,I abandoned the room immediately, thinking about the situation was very seriously , they tried to do me a wrong treatment, they wanted to put me a dental crown that I didn’t need it, and also manager was charging me for a wrong treatment. please be careful of this office , and be careful of this woman Teresa doesn’t care the patients, she has an arrogant attitude. And when I said to her that I was to report her , she told me: "go you can report me " This situation could happens to you, or your children, Can you imagine they damaging your teeth , for a wrong Treatment? What about our kids if the did a mistake doing something wrong with them , please be careful. And also I want to said that the doctor is amazing , and professional. Unfortunately I can’t return with my dentist at this office , because the receptionist, her name was Viri told me , that only the manager teresa makes decisions , of which patient can go to the office , and which patients can’t . this is abuse’s of power and discriminación, and even more because they did a serious mistake and they never apologize. ,and also the receptionist told me that , they were confusing me with a woman who owes money to them, this is crazy, and disrespectful.

I went in with excruciating pain, I needed an emergency back molar extraction. I cannot recommend this place enough! The nurses were so kind and helpful. Dr. Michael was phenomenal! He cracked jokes, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. He went above and beyond to make my experience great! I have no swelling after this tooth extraction! And the kindest part of all; it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. They helped me navigate the rough waters of insurance and just focused on making sure I had a wonderful visit. I will be coming here from now on, and I’ll bring my toddler to come here as well!

A great experience overall!! The staff is super friendly and the environment is very relaxing and laidback so if you’re nervous you’ll completely calm down. My dentist is super nice, knowledgeable, and funny. Recommend!!!

Great place, extremely helpful and great communication from start to finish Dr. Lewis and his team always taking good care of me. Teresa their manager always sweet and helpful would highly recommend for anyone looking to get their teeth worked on.
