Beautiful office from start to finish. The doctors were all great and patience and really informative. I thought my treatment was going to be more costly than I expected. The hygienist, Lauren was great and gentle, but got the work done and I'm happy with the results. I look forward to my treatment and out come. Thank you all at, Florida City Dental. Overall my experience was great we had a bit of a set back with my original appt at another location and then when I scheduled an appt with this location my appt was behind about an hr. Alex the manager quickly did a recovery and was able to get me an appt the next morning. Everyone was kind, respectful and attentive.

I’ve been coming to this dental practice for over 10 years, and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. From the moment you walk in, you’re always greeted with a warm smile. The entire dental team is incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciate. Booking appointments is always a breeze, and they truly treat every patient like family. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff is kind. But the wait times are horrible. I got there at 10:30AM for my 11AM appointment and it was 12:40 PM and the dentist still hadn’t seen me. They were able to advise me that they weren’t going to be able to fix my cavities because I had too many. Apparently they don’t do more than 3 cavities at one time. Maybe it was because they had booked too many patients. Whatever the reason I remember another person loudly asking how long they would need to wait. Do not come here if you have anything to do for the rest of the day.

Florida City Dental truly came through for our family. My sister recently had partial plates done, and while the process wasn’t without challenges—including a few office missteps early on and some medical issues on our side—the way the staff handled everything made all the difference. They stayed patient, professional, and committed to making things right every step of the way. The team didn’t give up on her, and in the end they absolutely delivered. Her teeth look amazing! We’re very grateful to the staff for pulling through when it mattered most and for standing behind their work. I would absolutely recommend Florida City Dental to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their patients and the final outcome.

they was doing good when first open. and getting worse now. Took my whole family there but they all have bad experience with them. My brother have some gum issue and dentist doesnt even know how to help. My experience even worse. Came there just to routine cleaning, then end up to do 3 crown with them, even the one doesnt need to do, the dentist tried to grind my teeth and said u will do it anyway. Those crowns so cheap and bad, install just 3 days was broken. First when u want u to do crown they promised that crown will come within 2 weeks. but after i fully PAID my crown hasnt arrived in 3 months. Have to end up to another Dentist to do it. ANYONE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THE JUST WANNA RIP U OFF. AND DONT LISTEN TO THEM TO DO CROWN THERE. LOOK FOR SOME WHERE WORTH YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
