Yasmeen had the absolute best customer service, a pleasure setting up my daughter and my appointments with all of her help and patience. Very professional, competent front desk. Excited for our appointment, I’ve heard nothing but good recommendations about this office and after submissions and setting our appointments up I can already see why.

Always so kind and patient. Sometimes the wait isn't short. But my 3 boys are comfortable

This office and staff are amazing, this is my third appointment here and it was for cleaning. My mouth feels so refreshed, gums feel new 😌 I never received an intense and passionate cleaning until today ,she took her time cleaning my teeth and answered every question I asked . Great energy and compassionate service at this location. Definitely will recommend

It's one of the best places I've ever been to

I have only visited this place one other time for a standard cleaning. And my first visit was very lovely. The front desk ladies are always nice & extremely patient & the ladies that I had clean/check on my teeth were also pleasant & did the service in record time with no complaints. However, on this visit, it was very different. I was just here a few days ago & the front desk lady was nice as usual but the lady who cleaned my teeth was rude. She did not greet me, or even speak to me much during the visit. We did have a language barrier because I speak English & I’m pretty sure that she spoke Spanish. However, I think a little bit of effort would’ve went along way. And I’m not a stranger to language barriers & certainly not the first non Spanish speaking client they’ve had. She did not ask me how I was doing, or offerer me a smile. Nor did she ask me did I have any questions or concerns regarding my teeth (which I did have at the time but was not given the chance to voice them) it did not seem like she wanted to be there very much. After she had finished, another lady came in, black scrubs, to do X-rays. She did not speak to me when she walked in. I didn’t even know she was standing behind me, until I heard clicking from the mouse she was using. I greeted her & she did not greet me back. Only called me another patient’s name. And I was a little confused, and could not understand her, because she did have a thick accent. She got frustrated with me and raised her voice & said "What is your name". Once I had told her she begin doing x-rays. Again, did not inform me that she was going to do X-rays or even acknowledged me too much. She almost threw the lead covering on me (which I had to adjust myself because it was half way off and she did not care to adjust it.) While doing the X-ray she moved my head in whatever position she wanted and only said "no" when I turned my head the wrong way or bit down wrong. That lasted 10 minutes and I was done. Overall not the best visit. Two stars for the nice ladies at the front desk

Been going here for almost 9 years I’ve never had a complain except waiting lol but dentist and reception is amazing very sweet definitely recommend 10/10💕

Putting one star because I have no other option. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I had done some work somewhere else and because of insurance reasons I returned. Upon mentioning that I was told "well if they were so great, you can go back there" without reason. I have never felt so disrespected in a medical office by a professional which was the manager and owner of this place, Daynet Hernandez. I do not recommend due to the lack of professionalism and lack of care for their patients. They just want to charge your insurance for low quality work.
