I recently had the pleasure of visiting Altima Dental, and I can't say enough good things about the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff members are incredibly kind and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Each person I interacted with was not only professional but also genuinely caring, which is a rare combination. My Doctor Detective ☺️ is exceptional inside joke. On a serious note she is amazing and talented and their expertise and commitment to patient care are evident in every interaction. They took the time to explain each procedure, ensuring I understood what to expect and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. It's clear that they prioritize patient comfort and well-being above all else. The office itself is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which added to my confidence in the care I was receiving. I left feeling not only satisfied with my treatment but also grateful for the compassion and kindness shown to me by the entire team. If you’re looking for a dental practice where the staff truly cares about their patients, I wholeheartedly recommend Altima Dental. They have set a new standard for what exceptional dental care should be!

Emily at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. She is always friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment you walk in. She takes the time to explain appointments, insurance, and billing clearly, which makes everything stress-free. Emily is organized, patient, and genuinely cares about the patients. She truly sets the tone for the office and makes every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

This is not the first time I’ve come to where we have to wait over 1.5 hours for an appointment. There’s so many underlying issues with this place from how they treat you in the front , the incorrect information they give when pricing you issues and the lack of privacy you have to where you can’t even stand somewhere to watch your children with out being in everyone’s way . Granted I know this isn’t going to change anything and the AI generated message we will get in response will not give me back my time or my stress back . But honestly , they schedule a bunch of people at one time and everyone is waiting to be helped . Maybe schedule less to be considerate of peoples time .

Most of the staff is nice, are helpful even when it’s busy. Had a very uncomfortable incident with the front desk staff in which I overheard them laughing and loudly making comments about a phone call I had with the office about 15-20 minutes prior to coming in. The phone operator made jokes about my broken Spanish before she noticed I was waiting to be checked in. No apology or realizations. I regret not advocating for myself in the moment from the embarrassment. Please have a refresher on professionalism.

I scheduled my cleaning appointment back in November for Friday, January 9 at 5:00 PM. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was surprised to find all the lights off, no staff present, and a padlock on the door. When I called the office phone number, there was no answer. What made this more frustrating is that the office door clearly states the practice is open Monday–Friday until 6:00 PM, so my appointment time was within posted business hours. If the office was going to be closed, I should not have been scheduled for that time. If there was an emergency or unexpected closure, I really wish I had been notified beforehand. I had to arrange a babysitter for my 8-week-old baby, which made the situation even more inconvenient. I also waited nearly two months for this appointment, only to arrive and find no communication at all. Overall, the lack of communication and consideration was very disappointing.

The Dental Office was amazing! The staff and office manager were very attentive and punctual with everything. Dentist Jazmin Bastro was awesome she answered every question I had and made the process very pleasant . I Definitely recommend this dental office.

Horrible, horrible wait time. My sister has an appointment at 3:30 pm, we got there early at 2:52pm. I know maybe they weren't ready but they didn't see my sister until 4:58 pm. Almost a full hour and a half after her appointment time. The waiting room is always full, and people see others waiting and changing their appointment for a different time. I fail to understand why they schedule so many people if they can't meet the wait times. I see a help wanted sign and a sing at reception saying that they are understaffed. If that is the case, stop scheduling so many people at the same time. I heard them say that they have 3 doctors in today, and that is the reason why they are so crazy today. If you know that in advanced then why the heck are you scheduling so many people at the same time with a small waiting room and understaffed workers? It's a recipe for a disaster and angry parents. If your insurance accepts other dental places, go there instead of this place. I can not stress enough that the wait is hellish. The staff is nice enough but overwhelmed and at times unhelpful. Edit: I was so wrong at 4:58 pm they took x-rays, at 6:16 pm, they took her back for her cleaning.... This dental clinic closes at 6:00 pm. I say this again this is hellish!! I've been here since 2:52pm. I witnessed people get stressed and mad at the reception. They then pushed those appointments to the front of the line to placate people. They are completely uncoordinated and unprofessional. Edit #2: finally out it is 6:44 pm. The reception was the only redeeming thing about this visit.
