its always a pleasant experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The coordinators makes the entire scheduling process easy. Took the time to explain and answer questions. The dentist (Dr.Chiu) is personable and professional. Made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office itself is clean, modern, and well organized, which really put me at ease. I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail from the entire team. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines great customer service with high-quality care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy and pleasant dental experience!

I had the BEST experience with a procedure today. It has definitely been an excellent first experience. The oral surgeon is amazing, very well mannered and made me feel comfortable as well as his assistant. I am truly impressed, especially since I had abandoned my dental health due to very bad experiences. I would totally recommend.

I've actually been coming here for years. I used to hate going to the dentist because it was uncomfortable and painful. My hygienist, Ana is excellent! It is painless and super comfortable. She explains EVERYTHING and breaks it down if you're unsure. The doctors and staff are very warm and friendly too. 🧡

Who loves going to the dentist? Sure as hell not me.... BUT... with emphasis.... this isn't your ordinary dentist office. The staff as re friendly beyond measure. They get to know... KNOW... their clients. And I won't say clients, we are their people. We are treated as individuals not just cases or patients. Doctor Rodriguez is an amazing guy. I can't stress enough how much he and his assistant make it possible to feel relaxed and trust that everything will be okay From a HUGE humbling oral surgery (full tooth removal) to getting dentures at a young age... they made me feel much better, counseled me, supported me. (Here's where the waterworks come in...) I told.my grandfather about it and he made it his home dental place too (he hates the dental office but fell in love here.) Can't wait to see them again!

I've been coming here for over 6 years (every 4 months) and I'm really satisfied with the dental services received. Ana (dental hygienist) has been wonderful! So nurturing and kind. She takes the time to explain things and her recommendations.

I took my mother there for the first time. The place is nice with upgraded X-ray machines (unlike the dinosaur dental X-ray machines that seek to destroy your mouth). We also appreciate the window views. The thing that we loved the most is the kindness, gentleness, and knowledge of the staff, including the doctors. To top it all off, they care more about the patient’s wellbeing than the money; this is so rare! If you have a little patience to wait a bit, it will be worth your time. If my mom’s next few appointments go this well, they will end up having my entire household as their patients.

I have been going to Dental Associates of Homestead for several years, and the experience has always been great. To prove my point, I just had a tooth implant procedure done, and Dr, Berkowitz was very accommodating, by making me feel very comfortable throughout the process. He was letting me know the process and what he was doing throughout the procedure. That helped in easing the fear, and calming my nervousness. Also, a big thanks to the Assistant who helped in making this experience a good one.
