Talia is who did my cleaning. She was super nice. I have not had a cleaning in 20 years. She assured me that I would be okay and that I was I good hand. Well she was right. I was in great hands. She sat me down, laid me back and proceeded to measure me. Once she was done she talked to me about my numbers. That of course went over my head. She said that we need to do a different cleaning than I had come in for, however she made sure to run the numbers through my insurance to makes sure I knew what I was financially getting into. I appreciate that. She told me and we begun. She was very clear with her requests of how I needed to turn my head. She was very gentle but could definitely tell She was being thorough. She was very attentive to my pains and issues. Whenever I let her know I was uncomfortable she gave me a moment to adjust. I have a deviated septum and laying flat can cause draing in which I would need to clear my throat. So we stopped a few times to let me do so. All in all she was a rock star and I would definitely be back to let her work on me. I also want to shout out the customer service. My wife had a Lil situation but the staff made her feel much better about her situation.

I just wanted to preface this by saying that I'm extremely grateful for the kindness that the office manager and hygienist I saw today extended to me. I'm very upset about an experience that I had here today with one of the dentists. Mr. Camacho spoke to me in an unprofessional way, wouldn't listen, accused me of not listening, and interrupted me every time I tried to speak. He comes in and says bluntly, "You're going to lose that tooth." This was very emotional for me, and the lack of compassion caused me to become upset. I felt unheard and disrespected. It wasn't appropriate to shut a patient down like that. I'm not a child who was acting out and needed to be disciplined. I'm a patient who deserved to be listened to and treated with kindness. I did receive kindness from his nurse, and from the office manager, but I've never had a dentist speak to me so unprofessionally. I never want to go back to him again, and I would never recommend him. Dude, did you even read my review? That wasn't an appropriate response. It was a slap in the face. I have permanent damage to one of my teeth that I was blamed for, because I wasn't informed about the extent of the damage. This provider caused permanent damage to my tooth and dismissed my pain. I was blamed for not knowing the extent of the damage—because I was never informed. I received no apology, no accountability, and no compassion. I am documenting this and reporting it to the dental board. If you are a woman seeking trauma-informed care, aesthetic restoration, or fertility-conscious treatment—this is not the place. You deserve reverence. You will not find it here. I never received so much as an apology. I'll be documenting this, and reporting Mr. Camacho to the dental board. He does NOT need to be practicing dentistry. Incompetent, uncaring, HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE. Just like your reply. Documenting everything.

I will not be retuning to this place! Made an appointment for my daughter and because I only confirmed the text and not the phone call cause I’m busy at work with no service and I get off of work after hours they took my daughters appointment away without informing us! Also when you try to talk to the dentist it’s like talking to a wall they dismiss any of my concerns or questions you may have and just leave to move on to the next patient.

This location is very poorly managed. They constantly overbook, leaving patients waiting 40+ minutes past their scheduled appointment times. Providers and doctors seem to switch frequently, which makes it hard to get consistent care. The front desk staff, especially Madeline lack basic process and procedure skills, which only adds to the frustration. On top of that, they add on services that aren’t medically necessary without explaining them to you. This results in unexpected out-of-pocket costs, which feels dishonest and unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable and transparent dental care.

Amazing staff! The receptionists are all friendly, helpful, efficient and go out of their way to welcome you and help you. Dr. Upchurch and Francis are an amazing team. They are an awesome team who are very accommodating, friendly, efficient, kind, caring and compassionate.

This has been the best few experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist. The staff is very kind and professional. They are super quick and respectful of your time. I would highly recommend 👍🏻

Initial appointment supposed to be tomorrow. Received multiple reminders for the appointment. Call center took every single bit of medical insurance information necessary for verification. Just received a call from the office asking, "Do I have insurance"??? I asked could she get that from the call center. "Well...it may have been someone new" and my manager is out, but we need that information today in order to file properly with your insurance. Its a very good thing that I did not fill out all of the personal data sheets that were emailed to me. No telling where that came from or who it would have been sent to. I am so sadly surprised with this because of the 10 or so different appointment reminders that they so graciously sent out in the last week. So dissappointed. And all she said was... "Well I'll just cancel your appointment for tomorrow".
